The unit was very nice and had everything you would need for a short stay. The balcony was large and comfortable and the view was just incredible!! The unit was clean and very quiet. The beds were very comfortable and each had a nice private bathroom. The beach access is easy and the building has a small gym with all the basics you would need for a quick vacation workout. Would absolutely recommend staying here!!

We absolutely loved the condo and our stay at 1410 Jade East - beautiful beach/ocean view from balcony. Quiet and relaxing - Beds were comfortable. We had six adults, could have used a few more bath towels between us but besides that we had everything else we needed! Loved the pool and hot tub area. Clean and not crowded at all. Highly recommend. Would love to book again!

It wasn’t the cleanest condo but it was a beautiful view. The pool was smaller than it looked in the pictures. I didn’t get the codes to the pool and the beach until after we got there and unpacked. We had to ask someone for it.

The living room couches and rug were stained/dirty. Need updating. Other than that the bedrooms/bathrooms was amazing. Very clean property Other than living room furniture. Had plenty of kitchen items for cooking

The view was amazing. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were all roomy. Elevator wait was minimal. Only complaint would be the pool closes at 10 pm which is a little earlier than most places, but would definitely stay again.

The condo was perfect. The view of the ocean was spectacular. We had 6 couples and each bedroom had king beds and their own bathroom. The heated pool was awesome, because it was only 75 during our visit. The condo was in a great location to everything. We would definitely stay here again if we visit Destin.

I will say the condo is nice , doesn’t include two beach chairs like most condos , pretty out dated for the price , if you like a good raw screw-in This is the place , 25 for a broken rubber arm band and much more, if you would like the screen shots of how they screwed me my first nights stay , and then charged me 25 for an arm band reach out to me ! I wouldn’t stay here again if it was offered as all expenses paid. These host have no morals. Money money money

Close walk to beach. Spacious condo. Was pretty clean except floors were awful. My grandkids had black feet bottoms after about an hour. I had to go buy a Swiffer mop and clean myself. Shower in one of bathrooms backed up and couldn't use it. Construction was going on in unit above us and started as early as 6 am so woke everyone up every day. Would not stay here again in this unit.

I’m glad the condo’s size and proximity to the beach worked for your group, and I’m sorry the stay fell short in a few areas. - Floors: that’s unacceptable — we’ve notified housekeeping and scheduled a professional deep clean and inspection, and we’ll evaluate whether refinishing or replacement is needed. - Shower: we arranged for maintenance to inspect and address the backup so the bathroom is usable and to prevent recurrence. - Early construction noise: we understand how disruptive early starts are. We’ve contacted the condo association and the unit owner to address contractor start times and reinforce quiet-hour guidelines.
