Very nice place; describe perfectly. My only suggestion is to fix the bedroom and bathroom doors to close better and to lock. Other than that, we had a great time.

Thank you for your feedback. We're pleased that you had a great stay and found the home accurately represented. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the issues experienced at the property as this is not the standard we aim to uphold at Southern Vacation Rentals. Upon review we do not show these concerns were reported to our 24/7 Guest Services team during your stay who would have promptly notified our local Property Managers for this to be addressed. Nonetheless, your feedback has been shared with our Operations Team for review and resolution. Your feedback is invaluable as this helps to enhance the overall guest experience and we hope to have the opportunity to host you for a more seamless future stay. Your Southern Team

Prettier in person! The decor brings a clean, peaceful atmosphere to this lovely space. Puzzles and a card game for quiet evenings in. Highly functional kitchen. Perfect beach view. The included beach chairs are a bonus! Easy access. The only challenge is that the room with the twin beds needs a blackout curtain over the window to block the condo property lights that shine all night from the condo entrance walkway. Other than that, our stay couldn’t have been better.

Thank you for sharing such kind feedback and for highlighting the decor, kitchen, view, and amenities. We are glad you enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and easy access. We are sorry to hear about the light coming into the twin bedroom and understand how that could affect rest. We will look into the blackout curtain suggestion for that window. We appreciate your thoughtful comments and are pleased your stay was otherwise so positive.

One of the prettiest condos I’ve ever stayed at. The views were awesome! Spectacular sunrises and sunsets this time of year!…We could even watch the New Year’s fireworks from the Okaloosa Island pier from our balcony. It was a wonderful trip! This very spacious condo was perfect for our month long stay. We would sit on the large balcony and watch Dolphins and Manta Rays. Everything was perfect low traffic flow being on a dead end street, also very close to everything needed.

We enjoyed our stay and really appreciated the ongoing communication with the property owner.

We had a very nice visit. We appreciate the ongoing communication with the property owners throughout our stay. The only thing I would pass along would be that when we checked in the floor in the kitchen and main bedroom and bathroom were pretty dirty with sand still.

Dream Land

This place was so nice, very clean. It has every basic need, only downfall is could at least leave couple rolls toilet paper per room when paying for a week stay. The place is steps from the beach literally and so enjoyed this. Amazing view Will definitely consider this condo again. Thank you for giving us a relaxing, fun vacation.

Wonderful condo. Great views. Very clean. My only complaint would be the carpet need replaced pretty bad and the landscape folks with leaf blowers at 7:30 Saturday morning outside our door. Otherwise it deserves a 5 star rating.

We had problems with tv Had so many controllers took forever to figure outThen it kept losing connection lots of wait time in between. Signal was gone for day half. We didn't dwell on it the beach views more than made up for tvs. Lots of places to eat. We had a wonderful time. Thank you

Great location on Okaloosa Island

Loved the 2 bedrooms, the view, and the new patio furniture ! Property has been updated since the last pictures. Bring your own hair dryer. Beach setup was very easy and only one row of chairs in June. We loved watching the Okaloosa Island fireworks from the balcony and Destin fireworks from the beach. Publix was just a short drive and Tom Thumb was just down the street for supplies. Make sure you eat at Stewby’s!

Great Anniversary stay!

Property was wonderful. Loved the location as it was away from the touristy areas of Destin. Unit was clean and updated. Only issues we encountered were 1) the bed in the master bedroom was so hard it made it difficult to sleep. 2) floor in laundry room was buckling b/c of significant water damage. I let the property manager know so it could be repaired. Would definitely stay here again but I’d seriously consider hauling a memory foam mattress topper to make the bed more comfortable.
