The terraced house is located in a suburb of Pula, just a few minutes walk from beautiful city beaches. It is ideal for a larger company. On the first floor are a gym, the sauna and a common dining room with kitchen. In front of the kitchen is the terrace with barbecue area. The first floor has a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, terrace and two bedrooms, on the 2nd floor there are four bedrooms, while the attic has 3 bedrooms, one of which has exit to the terrace with sea view. The equipment offers comfort. Refreshment can be found in the pool with massage jets. The city center hosts sights from ancient times and summer entertainments. At your disposal is also a garage.

Lage und Poolbereich super innen Sauberkeit nicht so gut unter den Polstern der wohnlandschaft der ganze dreck mussten die Nachttischlampen slle selber tauschen da keine funktionierte (Vermieter brachte welche)die Deckenlampen funktionierten viele nicht Elektrogeräte und Möbeln ausstausch nötig in einigen zimmern badmöbel aufgeweicht spiegelabgeblättert.

Wunderbare Lage, mit vielen Bushaltestellen in der Gegend um die Innenstadt schnell zu erreichen.

Wunderbare Lage, mit vielen Bushaltestellen in der Gegend um die Innenstadt schnell zu erreichen. Die Strände liegen auch in der gehebaren Entfernung, auch mit den Kindern. Das Haus ist riesig, die Bilder geben nicht mal annähernd den großen Pool und die Menge der Zimmer wieder. Für große Gruppe für unsere, mit 16 Menschen, bestens geeignet. Genug Kühlschränke und Spühlmaschinen vorhanden. Der Vermieter war auch stets zu erreichbar und kam wenn etwas zu verbessern war.Empfehlenswert!
