About the Villa

Spacious holiday villa featuring a 45–50 m² heated pool with bar and barbecue area, located in Vodnjan, Istria. Enjoy sea views of the Brijuni Islands—just 7 minutes from the nearest beach!

Perfect for larger groups, the outdoor pool bar area also includes a brand-new Hotspring Grandee SPA/Jacuzzi/whirlpool.

The pool features:
• Small children’s area (8 m²) – suitable from 1.5 years
• Swimming area (23 m²)
• Bar area (18.5 m²) with 6 stone stools around a fully equipped bar

The pool bar/grill area has everything you need for the perfect breakfast, lunch, or dinner—and to enjoy a cold, refreshing drink without leaving the pool.

Amenities include:
• LCD satellite TV at the bar
• Stereo sound system
• Strong Wi-Fi throughout the property

Capacity:
• Maximum occupancy: 18 adults
• Up to 20 guests possible for groups with children (2 additional guests accommodated on a large sofa bed)

Great time in a manifold villa

We loved the pool bar as well as all the other features. The rooms are comfortable and the big garden allows a load of leisure activities.

Enjoyable Week

Our week at the villa was thoroughly enjoyable. The weather tried hard to dampen spirits, but failed. The accommodation was great and Mitja was extremely helpful suggesting places to visit and try Istrian food. The villa allows everyone space to do their own thing. The location is quiet and off the beaten track whilst being close to many attractions. Vodnjan itself is an interesting town with long history and well worth exploring.

Great house and great host

Mitja and the Pool House was a great experience. We stayed 4 families / 15 people and had plenty of room in the house and at the pool. Mitja and family were very accommodating and supported us with any requests we had. Can fully recommend this house.

Excellent villa with a pool

It was an excellent stay. The villa is super nice, very spacious and comfortbale. The pool was super cool and the favourite place to spend time by Kids. We spent holidays in four families there and ech of family hsd a lovely stay. I highly recommend this localization and the villa.

Amazing!

If you are thinking of booking this villa for a holiday then DO IT! We spent a week out there at the beginning of August and it was absolutely beautiful. The pictures really do not do it justice of how nice this place really is. We where a group of 13 adults and 3 children and there was more than enough space! ( the villa can hold 20 people easily). We all had our own rooms. Even the kids! Location wise it was perfect. Nice and peaceful in the countryside. However there is a good size supermarket within walking distance, there are lots of little towns to explore and of course the beach. Although if you are like us you probably will not want to leave the villa all week! The host Mitja is the nicest guy you will ever meet. A real genuine person who cannot do enough for you. Before we went he was more than happy answering any questions I had and giving me advice via WhatsApp. When we arrived there was cold drinks and beer etc waiting for us, he took us to the supermarket to get food, he even arranged a boat trip for us around the islands. Thank you Mitja for letting us stay in your beautiful home and I am sure we will be back again soon!

Great place to stay

The place offered more than we expected. Although the weather was not too good, we had a great time. Thanks to whirlpool, table tennis, pool billiard and all the sights close by, there is plenty to do on cold and even rainy days as well. The place is perfect for kids as well (not only because of the tepee which they enjoyed a lot). The all rooms are clean, nice with an eye on detail. Sufficient place for a bigger group in- as well as outside. Last but not least, the family was very kind and helpful. Supported immediately in case something was not working. Hence we can only highly recommend the stay there.

Perfect house, perfect outside area, perfect hosts

Our stay at the villa was perfect. After a really warm welcome we realised that our expectations got more than exceeded. Everything was super clean and well-maintained. The rooms inside were super big and well-equipped, but also the outside area was super modern: the pool, the jacuzzi, the pool house and all the other stuff. We never got bored during our stay and we left the house less often than expected. Mitja and his family were super nice and the best hosts one could imagine. Thank you, we will come back for sure!

Perfect Stay - Wonderful Villa - Great Landlords

We were a group of 16 people (8 adults + 8 kids between 6 and 12 years). We had a perfect stay in that wonderful villa with top standard, a lot of extras & extra clean state. The pool & jacuzzi were really nice & clean, lovely flowers in the whole areal, enough space for all of us with separate rooms & bathrooms, a lot of extras with Google-Music, ice & coffee machine, billiards, table football & tennis ... etc. The landlords spoiled us with Istrian delights, fresh eggs and house made pancakes. @ Mitja & family: Thank you so much for that great & uncomplicated stay at your property ... we are already thinking about a revival ;-)

Schöne Villa mit traumhafter Außenanlage

Die Villa bietet alles was man braucht. Die Küche und die Schlafzimmer sind nicht luxuriös aber absolut ausreichend und mit allem wichtigen ausgestattet. Die Außenanlage ist traumhaft und perfekt für den Sommerurlaub. Diverse Spielgeräte, Grill, Kühlschrank in der Poolbar usw. sind nur ein paar Kleinigkeiten die den Aufenthalt unvergessen machen. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Pure luxury!

What a fantastic villa! We were a family group of 16. The house was more than adequately equipped to accommodate our large group. It was very clean and maintained to a very high standard. The pool bar with outdoor kitchen was well equipped with a fridge freezer and multimedia devices and the jacuzzi was also another welcoming and relaxing advantage. Despite our late arrival Mitja was waiting at the villa to greet us and the next morning his mum provided a platter of fresh meat, cheese, bread and juices for our breakfast! Throughout our 2 week stay, Mitja’s mum would frequently supply us with fresh eggs, vegetables (and on one occasion freshly baked doughnuts) from their own produce and we were invited to pick whatever we required. We visited various wonderful locations, Fazana, Rovinj, Porec, Vrsar and Mitja very kindly helped us to book a trip to the Brijuni Islands National Park. We would like to thank Mitja and his family for their great hospitality and kindness, they were always on hand to assist when needed. Also, the occasional visit from their little dog Milo was always a pleasure, especially for our younger members! We would highly recommend this property.

Ein Traum!!!

Alle positiven Bewertungen der anderen Gäste können wir nur bestätigen! Die Villa hat wirklich alles, was das Herz begehrt. Mitja ist super nett und zuvorkommend: sobald etwas fehlte, hat er sich sofort gekümmert. Er hat uns am letzten Tag sogar bis nach Pula und noch mal zum Flughafen gefahren, weil unser Flug so spät ging! Die einzige Info, die uns im Vorfeld interessiert hätte: es gibt zwei Fikterkaffeemaschinen ( die echt lange brauchen) und eine große Cafetera. Wir waren 20 Leute und es hat trotzdem gepasst.

Super Villa

Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und stehen bei Problemen immer zur Verfügung. Es war eine traumhafte Woche mit selbstangebautem Gemüse und Eiern der Hühner nebenan. Die Aktivitäten in der Villa beschäftigen einen immer und die nahgelegenen Strände lassen einen auch das Meer genießen. Waren 18 Freunde und haben es sehr genossen. Kommen definitiv wieder :D

What a wonderfull place !!!

We spent a wonderful vacation in this beautifully designed house. The family around Nada and Mitja is unbeatable in hospitality and generosity! To celebrate our birthdays with our friends, our choice fell on the pool bar Villa in Vodnjan (about 15 km from Pula) and we could not have made a better choice. The photos on the website are already very inviting, on site this impression is exceeded by far. At one point we were almost 30 people (12 people lived in another house nearby) and we shortly recieved extra tables and chairs to have dinner together. Despite the very late arrival, we were welcomed warmly by Mitja with cool drinks and a tour of the house. In addition, we got great insider tips on places to visit, beaches and restaurants in the area. Next door, the family runs a horticulture business including chickens and other animals. During our stay Nada supplied us with fresh eggs, vegetables and other delicacies as well as olive oil from their own production. On the day of the birthday party Nada surprised us with delicious cake and wines from the region. Thank you for the fantastic bouquet. The pool bar with an outdoor kitchen and multimedia devices is well equipped, even a side by side fridge with water and ice dispenser is available. The garden is lovely designed and well maintained, the olive trees invite to rest and relaxation. Thanks for everything, Nada and Mitja. We recommend you very much! Perfekte Villa mit schönen Schlafzimmern, dazu ein herrlicher Garten in erholsamer Lage

Die Buchung und die Rückantwort verliefen absolut problemlos und sehr schnell. Wir wurden herzlich von der Familie empfangen und mit Früchten und Eiern verwöhnt. Des weiteren bekamen wir viele Informationen über Badestrände, Ausflugsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der Umgebung. Die Villa selbst ist sehr großzügig geschnitten und der Garten mit den Liegeflächen, dem Rasen und den Olivenbäumen Erholung pur. Es gab genügend Rückzugsmöglichkeiten sowohl für die Jugend, Kleinkindern als auch für die Erwachsenen. Die Poolbar, mit großem Kühlschrank war für uns ein optimaler Treffpunkt. Gerne wieder!

Perfektes Ferienhaus 😍

Tolle 14 Tage in der Poool-Bar-Villa Vodnjan erlebt

Wir - vier Familien mit insgesamt 9 Kindern im Alter von 1 bis 11 Jahren - hatten das Vergnügen die letzten beiden Feirenwochen in der Pool-Bar-Villa zu verbringen. Die vorangegangenen Bewertungen können wir uneineingeschränkt bestätigen. Das Haus selbst ist super eingerichtet, der Aufenthalt für 4 Familien (ab 2018 wird das Dachgeschoss fertiggestellt sein und es werden sicher noch ein bis zwei Familien zusätzlich Platz finden) optimal. Die Außenanlage mit einer tollen Pool-Landschaft (inkl. integrierter Poolbar mit großem Kühl-Gefrierschrank, Sandwichmaker, Grill und Gasherd), Whirlpool, Poolhaus, ausreichend Liegen und Tischtennisplatte war herausragend. Von der Buchung über den Check-in samstags bis hin zur Abnahme des Hauses am Ende unseres Urlaubes war alles sehr unkompliziert. Josip, der Vater des Vermieters (Mitja), zeigte uns am ersten Tag verschiedene Strände und die nächst gelegene größere Stadt Pula. Auch sonst stand er und seine Frau Nadja, die auf dem Grundstück nebenan eine Gärtnerei betreibt, immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Mitja, der uns am ersten Tag in das Haus und dessen Technik einwies, gab uns auch Tipps bezgl. Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Wir waren in den Städten Vrsar, Porec und Rovinj. Vor Allem Rovinj ist zu empfehlen (inkl. Sunset Dolphin Tour, die am Hafen angeboten wird). Zudem waren wir einen Tag in Kap Kamenjak undn waren beeindruckt von Stränden und Meer. Medulin (Sandstrand) haben wir einen Tag besucht, allerdings war uns das zu touristisch (Liege an Liege etc..). Sehr schön in der der ca. 2 - 3 km entfernte "Hausstrand" in Fazana. Wir genossen die Zeit im Umfeld und an der Sharkbar. der Aquapark Aquacolours in Porec ist aus unserer Sicht absolut zu empfehlen (auch wenn überall der etwas neuere Istralandia angepriesen wird). Wir hatten einen tollen Tag dort. Immer wieder führte uns der Weg zurück in "unser" Haus und die Kinder konnten am Nachmittag/Abend noch den Pool genießen, auch bei in der 2. Woche kühleren Temperaturen.... Es bestand die Möglichkeit, Obst und Gemüse zum Selbstverzehr zu ernten und Nadja überraschte uns immer wieder mit frischen Eiern und Olivenöl und, als sie mitbekam, dass ein Kind Geburtstag hatte, mit einem selbstgebackenem Kuchen. Wir können unseren 14-tägigen Aufenthalt uneingeschränkt positiv bewerten.

wunderschönes Feriendomizil in der Nähe von Fazana

Wir hatten tolle 2 Wochen in der Villa. Insgesamt waren wir eine Gruppe mit 15 Personen (10 Erwachsene und 5 Kinder). Die Einrichtung ist gepflegt und sehr einladend aufgebaut. Hierbei gilt es besonders die Poolbar hervorzuheben, welche für uns den Mittelpunkt darstellte. Hier fanden wir uns mehrfach ein, um das Abendessen herzurichten oder einfach nur ein kühles Bier/ Cocktail zu genießen. Unsere Gastgeber waren uns gegenüber immer sehr zuvorkommend und belieferten uns mehrfach mit frischen Eiern und Gemüse aus dem Garten nebenan. Die Tomaten waren geschmacklich ein wahres Gedicht... Freundlicherweise wurde uns seitens des Gastgebers auch mehrere Kinderbetten und Kinderstühle zur Verfügung gestellt, was unser Gepäck wesentlich minimierte. Insgesamt hatten wir immer den Eindruck, dass wir mit unseren Anliegen auf offene Ohren trafen und uns eigentlich immer zeitnah geholfen wurde. Vielen Dank nochmals für den schönen Urlaub und auf ein Wiedersehen... PS: Der Catch unseres 180kg Thunfischs hat echt Spaß gemacht :-)

Tolles Haus, super nette Vermieterin, alles super

Wir waren für 2 Wochen in diesem tollen Haus und haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Mit 18 Personen (8 Erwachsene und 10 Kinder) waren die Schlafmöglichkeiten ziemlich erschöpft, da wir aber die meiste Zeit draußen waren, ist das aber kein Problem. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, haben uns mit Gemüse beliefert und hatten auf jede Frage sofort eine Antwort. DANKE Nada und Mitja :-) In Vodnjan selber war es mit Restaurants nicht so toll, aber in Fazana (direkt am Meer) gab es viele tolle Restaurants. Wir haben viele schöne Strände in der Nähe besucht (natürlich steinig), können aber besonders Kap Kamenjak (Naturschutzgebiet - ca. 1/2 Stunde Fahrtzeit) empfehlen. Hier muss man Eintritt bezahlen, wird aber mit vielen tollen Stränden belohnt. Auto kann überall geparkt werden. Hier hat uns besonders die Safari-Bar gefallen mit vielen tollen Klippen, die zum Klippen-Springen einladen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Beautiful

We were 13 People, staying for one week. The house was more than big enough for us all, all rooms were cozy and beautiful and the interior was very detailed. The pool(-bar) was very relaxing but also good for fun, but a little to small. The hosts were really friendly. We got fresh eggs and selmade olive oil on the first day, on the rest of the days we could get fresh fruits and vegetables from the garden. I All in all it was a perfect week and I would totally recommend it!

All the comfort you need for a good vacation!

What a Wonderfull stay we had! Mitja is a very warm and welcome person ready for all your questions. A very warm welcome when we we arrived and always willing to help! The villa is very comfortable and although we lived outside 90% of the time this is very important. In our group everyone had his own room. The pool is nice to cool down on very hot days and don't forget the garden with the vegetables! (free of use!!)
