In a very quiet location, surrounded by a privacy hedge, lies this beautiful house. The pool is embedded in a well-kept lawn and is bordered at the back by an outdoor kitchen. From the living room you can access the terrace, which invites you to linger with both sunny and shady spots. Due to the central underfloor heating, the house is also ideally suited for the low season. The small harbor town of Javea, with many stores and restaurants, is within walking distance, so you can leave the car sometimes. With its varied landscape, both on the coast and inland, and a wonderfully mild climate, Javea offers the visitor an enticing vacation.
