In a quiet location is this house with a beautiful garden and large pool, nestled in the greenery. The outdoor kitchen in front of a shady terrace invites to cozy barbecue evenings. The roof terrace is accessible via an outdoor staircase. 400 m to a natural beach. A beautiful sandy beach with a traffic-calmed promenade with a variety of restaurants and stores only 1 km away. This beach offers a special flair with its evening lighting. Due to the central heating, the house is also suitable for a stay in the off-season.

way too expensive for what you get

No hot water in the kitchen! Washing machine only works at 60 degrees! Water, electricity and gas must be paid separately. No parking on the premises. You must park your car on the street!
