This is a beautiful home in an incredible location! We’ve been coming to Lake George for over 11 years, and this stay exceeded all of our expectations. Every room is spacious and beautifully decorated, and there was no shortage of things for the kids to enjoy. The location was close enough to take a nice walk to the village and we could watch the Thursday fireworks from the dock. Jenn was a wonderful host and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

This is the most perfect house to stay for your best and favorite fun family gathering! As a former Lake George local, I can say that the location is fantastic! It is a quiet neighborhood, especially in the evening but an easy 20 min walk to the heart of the LG village but even shorter walks to ice cream, mini-golf, souvenir shops, Battlefield park, Fort William Henry, Million dollar beach, the steamboats and the Garrison bar/restaurant. The dock is an incredible amenity. We rented a pontoon boat for a couple of days at Yankee Marine and so nice to be able to dock overnight right at the property. It was a perfect location to watch fireworks near the dock which happen every Thursday night. Jenn is an amazing host and incredibly responsive even for the smallest matters! The house was incredibly equipped with a floating Lilypad dock, rafts, scuba masks and a ping pong table in the garage. The kitchen is big, beautiful and well stocked and there is a beautiful deck and fire pit for early morning coffee and s'mores at night. We even had a bald eagle and its fledgling visit one morning which was incredible. Kids will be fishing off the dock, swimming and having awesome vacation. We hope to come back soon!

Another amazing year in this gorgeous house at the perfect spot on the lake! This is our third year at this property, and it never disappoints. The host is incredibly gracious and communicative. We can’t wait to go back!!

Beautiful house, stunning views!

This house was exactly as described and more. Beautiful inside and out with plenty of room for everyone.The views of the lake are amazing and plenty to do within walking distance.Jenn is a wonderful host.

Beautiful property on a beautiful lake

Communication with Jenn was a breeze. The home was stocked with everything we needed, including ping pong and multiple lawn games, fishing poles, and lake toys! The home is beautiful and in a great location!! We loved renting a boat and docking it at the property!!

The best spot on Lake George!

We enjoyed our second stay at this lovely property and we’ve already booked our return trip for next summer. This property is absolutely amazing, has an incredible location, spectacular amenities and extras, and I can’t imagine staying anywhere else during our annual trip to Lake George. Until next year!

Location location location

Absolutely gorgeous house! Amazing owner who is super communicative! Best of both worlds. Quiet when you need a little Lake George peace and a little action from Million Dollar beach! We have been coming up to LG for many years and have stayed almost everywhere so I speak from experience. Highly recommend!

Perfect family vacation house

We stayed with our extended family, ages 5-75, and everyone had a blast. The location was perfect, walking distance to town as well as the beach. The dock provided hours of entertainment for the kids- bring a fishing pole and you can catch some cute little fish. The owners were super responsive when we needed help with the WiFi. Thank you for the fabulous week!

Amazing house! Perfect for our family!

Beautiful house! Very clean, had everything we needed, the owner said just bring your clothes and she was spot on! We used their dock and fishing rods, awesome location to fish btw! Great views in the best part of town. Nothing bad to say at all! Owner was very very responsive as well!! 5 stars all Around we would have stayed longer if we could.

The perfect home away from home!

From our initial booking to our departure from the house, Jenn (host) could not have been more communicative, friendly and accommodating. She was a gem to work with. The home is everything and more than the pictures or descriptions could indicate. The lake views, walking distance to Million Dollar Beach and comfort of the home made for an even better family vacation. Looking forward to returning.

Great family rental

Beautiful home with a great floor plan to host multiple family members. The home offers everything you need! Our family enjoyed morning coffee on the deck while watching the boats, the dock was convenient for swimming, great kitchen table for game nights, plenty of yard space for cornhole, and fire pit to enjoy smores. Perfect location for teens! They were able to walk to town for ice cream, mini golf, pizza, and shopping. The owner was great with communicating. Highly recommend.

Best Vacation EVER!

This house is absolutely stunning. So spacious, immaculately clean, with spectacular views. We have been visiting this area for the past five years, and decided to book this home this year. It was so worth it! Jennifer was amazing and so so helpful. She even sent my husband, a very nice surprise, as we were celebrating a milestone birthday. As soon as we got home, we booked again for next year! The house is wonderful for family groups or large friend groups, especially with kids. We can’t wait to go back!

The Perfect Lakeside Getaway

By far the best vacation home we've ever stayed in and probably ever will! it feels like a brand new or recently renovated home! Everything was impeccably clean and the home has anything you need and more. Our Host Jenn went out of her way to put fresh flowers throughout the entire house, which was the perfect touch! She also ensured that everything was thoroughly sanitized before our stay and was very responsive to any and all messages we sent! There are too many good things to say about this home and our stay. The outdoor surroundings are perfect, the house has spectacular views of the lake from every window/ door of the home and the front yard leads right out to the dock where you can see breath taking views of the lake, town and surrounding mountains. There is a fire pit to enjoy a warm lake side evening, we were even lucky enough to hear a concert going on across the lake! Everything in side the home was perfect as well. The bedding was extremely comfortable and it was really nice to have two master bed rooms for both of the couples there during our stay. The main master bedroom has a gorgeous bathroom with a very "spa like" feel, mainly due to the double head/ water fall shower with a beautiful stone floor. The kitchens is fully stocked with cookware and anything that you could possibly need, we ended up cooking more then eating out as the Wolf Stove and kitchen was too nice to not utilize! There is a wireless speaker system throughout the house as well which was great to sync up with to listen to music. On top of all of this is the location of the house, its a couple minutes to walk to the beach and downtown areas, which you cant beat. I could go on and on about the great aspects of this home, but truly one of the best vacation homes we have stayed in and would recommend to any one looking for an absolutely breath taking lake side getaway. Looking forward to coming back as soon as we are able!

This home is a gem! Ultra clean, inviting and comfortable. We literally walked in, dropped our luggage and our vacation began. Beds and linens were of high quality. Kitchen was amazing. Inflatables and lily pad as well as fire pit and boat mooring provided outdoor fun. A pool table, many puzzles and games provided indoor fun. The host was responsive and helpful. Wish I could give it more than 5 stars. We did have to provide regular geese patrol to keep the lawn area leading to the beach clean. Luckily our kids enjoyed the challenge and it would not stop us from booking this home again. Lastly, from the front porch, there was endless enjoyment of beautiful Lake George. Thank you Jenn!

What a beautiful house. A great home for our family vacation. It’s perfectly located with easy access to town. We walked in every time we wanted ice cream! There’s a great carvel right in town. The rooms are so spacious. The deck is great for late evening relaxing. The house has lots of extras. A brand new washing machine! Lots of kitchen spices. Big kitchen/dining area great for meals where the whole family is involved. Two tv areas on the first floor! Brand new dock. We rented a boat and it was so perfect. Dock is also great for fireworks viewing. Every Thursday at 9:30 pm in the summer and we also had 4th of July fireworks! And for star gazing!! Lots of toys in the garage. And a ping pong table. Great fire pit right outside the front door. With wood in the garage. And fire starters. We hired an hibachi chef who cooked dinner on the front lawn. It was so special. The owner was awesome with communications! Very responsive. The pictures are very up to date. Lots of towels! Bath and swimming. We did bring microfiber towels for the boat. My only concern was the geese and their poop. Owners are doing everything they can but these guys are a lot for all homeowners. Please don’t feed them because they will move in!Highly recommend this property!

Beautiful home & great spot!

We had a wonderful second visit to Lake George. Stayed at this beautiful spotless, great location home. We enjoyed everything that beautiful Lake George offers. Love coming up here! The Thursday night fireworks were amazing too.

Family Celebration

This was our first time renting via Vrbo and it could not have worked out better! The house we rented at Rose Point was perfect for us and our grandchildren. We had a great time . No issues and only good surprises.

Beautiful house and area

We loved the house! It was modern, open and clean. We loved the fact it was lakeside and we woke up to views of the water. We got a pontoon boat and enjoyed the lake everyday. It was nice walking to town, park and tennis courts.

Simply Amazing

Jennifer's house was everything we dreamed it would be. The location, size (able to accommodate a large family of adults and children), cleanliness, add-ons (toys, water toys, ping pong table, etc.), massive master bedroom, huge laundry room, and even the dishes/silverware were very nice.
