Breathtaking mountain views surround the windows of this fantastic condo just 80 yards from the ski run. It's just a quick walk down San Joaquin Road to The Market in Mountain Village, where you can pick up all your groceries. Also in that plaza is the Intercept gondola that'll bring you to the Mountain Village core. So, you've got the grocery store and the Telluride Ski Resort at your fingertips.

Once inside, you're blown away by the incredible views. They draw you into the living room, past the well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar seating for six, past the formal dining area, and right into the heart of the open-concept condo. There you'll find a gas fireplace, a TV, a card table, access to a small deck with outdoor furniture, and a queen sofa bed. Right down the hall, you'll discover three bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and a couple of steam showers, along with a jacuzzi in the master bedroom. This place has everything you need to enjoy a summer or winter vacation in Telluride. Plus, unbeatable views!

Please note: The pool and hot tub at the Lorian are out of commission until the summer.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Ski shuttle details: This unit is located directly across the street from a ski run and doesn't require a bus.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
