Among the many unique aspects of this home in Telluride is the shared six-person hot tub on the roof, where you'll be treated to unbelievable, 360-degree views of Telluride Ski Resort and the surrounding mountains. With such amazing views, you may consider staying up there, but then you'll realize that the property is so comfortably and thoughtfully furnished. So, you park the car in the garage parking space and begin to enjoy all that Telluride has to offer from this well-appointed home in a fantastic location.

This home was designed to be a ski getaway or a festival rental, and it's fully equipped with everything you need. The spacious main bedroom suite features a king bed, a Jacuzzi tub, a TV, a double vanity, and lots of closet space. The family room is downstairs and has a second full kitchen, a dining area, and two TVs; this part of the home is ideal for guests seeking a bit more privacy.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Ski shuttle details: There is a free shuttle bus called the Galloping Goose that loops the circumference of town. There are various bus stops where you can load up your ski's and take a ride to the Gondola.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Perfect place for a family or large get together!

The house was perfect and is in a great location. It was very clean with very spacious areas. Everyone really enjoyed it. They helped us with parking and nay concerns we might have. Communication was clear and response times were great.

Telluride on Depot Avenue

Beautiful property. Excellent location. Comfortable beds. This place was perfect for our family gathering. There was a mix up on the code to get into the house. I was texted one code which was wrong, but the app had a different code which was correct. Took a little bit to figure that out. We would have given this place a 5-star rating if it wasn't for the parking. It's the only negative about this property. Only 1 space to park. With many people staying that drove from different places, it was difficult to manage that on our own. It would have been nice to have had some alternative or at least suggestions on where to park. We managed without being ticketed but we had to check each day to make sure.

Great Location But Not Worth the Price

5 friends stayed here to ski. We all agreed 3 out of 5 stars when you consider the cost to rent. The layout is awkward. Probably best suited for families. The Master Suite is excellent. But two of the rooms are tiny. And they seem to throw beds wherever they can. The appliances and fridge are old. In fact, one person who stayed there commented on water leaking inside the fridge in 2022 and it is still leaking. They catch the drip with tupperware to keep everything from getting wet. Here is an idea - get a new fridge!! We had to use a nutcracker to turn the hot water on and off in one of the showers. For the amount of money we paid I would have expected way better. But, the location is outstanding. And if you have a lot of young kids who don't care where they sleep - then it might be good for you. Just can't have too many adults or the sleeping arrangements will be less then ideal.

Great location, a little run down, not great service.

I want to start with the positives. The house is very roomy and in a prime location. The house was clean, I appreciated the natural hand soap.The beds and pillows were subpar. The pillows were very uncomfortable in every bedroom. Some were flat like pancakes and others big and hard.There were summer coverlets on every bed and most of the extra blankets were also thin.I asked for extra blankets and was told they would be provided. After two days of trying to reach someone, the text responses were usually automated, the guy I talked on he phone said he could maybe bring one. I never saw him or heard from him again.When I texted again, I was told, the house does not provide extra blankets.Then we learned one shower handle was broken in the basement floor and rendered unusable. Then we learned the shower for the two guest bedrooms on ground floor would only stay cold. My guests took cold showers. For three days I was texting and calling. At one point I talked to a gentleman who said maintenance would come the next day. No one came. I texted again the day before we left about it and again got an automated text response saying they would look into.I was super disappointed with Vacasa and can honestly say I won’t stay in another Vacasa managed property. The owners may consider changing their property manager. We rent houses in Telluride twice a year and most of the property managers take very good care of the homes and are responsive, personal-able and helpful. Not this time

Good House. Outstanding Location.

This house is dated, but worth the price since its just a few hundred yards to the Gondola and the Town. The tiny twin bedroom on the ground floor (not shown in the photos) is not suitable for anyone who might be claustrophobic. The host was very helpful though.

Perfect location. Close to the Gondola and town. Slept our group of ten. Everything in workingt order. Vacasa was responsive to a couple of needs.

Nice home, excellent location

Our family of 7 adults stayed comfortably in this home. The layout was good providing privacy in bedrooms and baths while having amble space to hangout together. The location is great with easy walking access to the gondola to Mountain Village and the entire town of Telluride including restaurants, bars, retail and groceries.

Big house but expensive and needs updates

The house is large (esp for Telluride) and fit 3 families pretty well. The main living area and loft area were great for us to spread out in and kids to play in. The basement needs some serious TLC. One bed was basically worthless (no box frame) so the mattress sank down a lot in the middle. We actually ended up moving it into the living room down there. The other rooms are bare bones with cheap frames. There were several outlets that were broken or exposed or loose too. And the bathroom was very outdated and pretty gross. The windows and blinds almost all need updating throughout the house. There were also some windows that were pretty scary with kids and need screens and/or protectors. The fridge was also leaking so most of our food in there got wet. For what we paid I expect way better accommodations!!

Loved our stay at Depot 445 in Telluride

This is the 5th time our family has stayed in this house and we love the location relative to town and Mountain Village. You can walk everywhere from the house. And the house is perfect for a big family with plenty of bedrooms, great living area and kitchen. Highly recommend for a family!

Amazing Telluride Location

We stayed in this house (Feb 19-16) and I wanted to share about its amazing location. It is literally a 3 min walk to the town gondola (with ski boots on!). The house itself was great and comfortably slept 11 of us. The view from the living room is the ski mountain directly across the street, but house has plenty of privacy and was quiet. Highly recommend for group ski trip!

We enjoyed our stay. Nice plave and great location. There are only 4 water glasses and 4 wine glasses from a 7 bedroom house! We had to purchase our own drinking cups. There was inadequate toilet paper provided and we had to go outa nd buy some.

Great house with lots of space

The house was great for our three families. It has a nice big living area off the kitchen which makes it easy to all hang out. The downstairs bedrooms felt like an afterthought as far as blankets pillows and cleaning but it’s nice to have that extra space. I’d recommend bringing coffee filters, salt, pepper and other staples because they didn’t have any of that for us.

Needs some work

Property is in a great location and the management company is responsive and excellent. The property itself needs work particularly with the kitchen. The kitchen accompaniments are very poor. Everything from pots, pans, coffee machine , plates etc...Is very old and in poor condition. We had chefs cook for us three times as restaurants in town were closed. All three commented on how poor equipment was. In fact, the third night the garbage disposal became unhinged and water and mess flowed out of under the sink. There are also multiple electrical outlets with no face plates on them. Be careful with small children. Overall, it’s a fine property in a great location, but the owners need to put even a little bit of money back in for small upgrades. Again, management company is excellent and made it all work.
