シマロンロッジのスキーリフトのすぐ隣にあるインタウンのスタジオ。 このユニットは、スレート床、新しいカーペット、新しい塗料、コンロ、オーブン、冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、食器洗い機、ポット、フライパン、調理器具、食器一式を備えた真新しいキッチンで完全に改造されました。 クイーンベッドがあり、ツインベッドと小さな家族用のタンドルがあります。 隣接するユニットが必要な場合、VRBO＃56668にはクイーンがあり、追加のツイン（タンドルなし）があり、両方のユニットを一緒にしたい場合は専用のフルバスです。 コンドミニアムには2つの大きな屋外ホットタブがあり、洗濯機と乾燥機（鍵付き）が2つある独立したランドリー施設があり、タウンループバス停は10分ごとにコンドミニアムのすぐそばに停まります。 バスはゴンドラに2分で行くか、5分でそこに歩く！ 無料のバスは、テルライドのダウンタウンのレストラン、ショップ、ナイトライフにも連れて行ってくれます！

Disappointed in this property. Parking permit process was a pain which included no permit being available due to an account locked situation. The fridge/freezer in the room was also malfunctioning resulting in about 40 of groceries going bad. Understand that these things can happen but communicated this to the property manager with no offer on a resolution. Would not come back.

The room was clean, they supplied snacks and coffee. We took our townie bikes to ride around town. One item I would say is add in new cookware.

This place was great! It's small, but has everything we needed. I was also the most needy I've ever been and the host was quick to respond and answered all my questions. One thing you should know, the laundry facility is coming operated and all the banks are closed on Saturday and Sunday. So bring quarters. The lady at the grocery store was nice enough to get me a roll of quarters though.

Great location — just a short walk to shops, restaurants, and the gondolas. The place is small but had what I needed for a comfortable stay. It could use a little TLC, and I had some trouble registering my car for the provided lot, so I ended up parking on the street, which was a bit stressful. It would also be helpful to have a couple of bottles of water in the unit in case you arrive late and stores are closed. The host was available when needed, which I really appreciated. Overall, a convenient and pleasant stay!

Amazing Telluride Condo

This place was in the perfect location! Quiet and chill. Steps away from the River and Trail that leads all the way to the Telluride bluegrass Festival, and any part of town. Highly highly recommend and plan to come back and stay again in the near future! Management was easy to communicate with as well. Thank you very much folks!

Great place! Could walk to downtown which is so important as there’s no easy parking! Very busy! You get a parking spot and the bus picks up right out front! Hot tub was the best ever after hiking all day! Would have liked hot tub towels but other than that, it was perfect!

Bigger than it looked, excellent location

Came for Mountainfilm, this studio was really (relatively) affordable. It felt bigger than the photos made it seem. It’s in a perfect location right on the creek path and accessible to town. The check in process was easy, including the parking permit for two cars. The kitchenette was just enough for cooking simple things. We were so busy with films we didn’t make it to the hot tub! Next time. I would definitely stay here again.

Cozy Studio Condo

This was our first trip to Telluride. It is a hidden gem. The condo is so close the chair 7 lift and to the quaint town of Telluride. The hot tub was great. The condo had everything we needed.

Long time different ski are resident visiting Telluride

The location couldn't be better but the unit was dated just like me! Parking is an issue as it is very complicated to use the website and is time consuming. There is no place to grab a quick breakfast nearby nor dining so you have to go downtown. They do have free buses. All the locals and guests were very nice and friendly. The check in emails were very good and showed concerns about my stay and who to contact.I would recommend the Cimarron complex as most visiting skiers are outside most of the time.

Perfect Location

We had a great stay! This apartment is in the perfect location, walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the gondola! The space is fairly small, but we had everything we needed!

Nice Fall Getaway

I came to Telluride to enjoy peace and quiet, and to get outdoors to enjoy nice fall weather and fall colors. This did not disappoint. It’s perfect for what I needed. Very clean and organized with easy parking and easy access to the town and hiking trails.

Save yourself from stress

Came 10mins earlier and called the property manager if we could check in already which she allowed. It took us a minute to find the unit as it wasn’t specified on the listing. We got to the unit with the door open, only the find out that somebody is still on the process of repairing the restroom plumbing. The whole unit is cluttered and uncleaned. The restroom out of order, water covered the whole restroom floor. I called back the property manager and requested if she could transfer us to a different unit to no avail and we requested for a refund instead. She told us to just drop our bags and go out of the unit to explore the town so the man could do his job which I thought will not be finished for a couple more hours. So we declined and asked for a refund of course. She had the nerve to deny us a refund and told us that the transaction I booked was nonrefundable. I argued and finally she gave in and she said she will process to return the money. 2 days past the refund was still not processed. I called vrbo and they took care of the problem. Imagine the 4 hour long drive and to know the place youll be staying is not ready. The inconvenience and stress that it had made. I will never book that place ever again

I'm from Honduras and studied in NYC before moving to Telluride in 2002. I work full time at Elinoff Gallery, the oldest, continuously owned business in Telluride and I also own the fondue restaurant in town called, "Alpinist & the Goat".

I try to offer excellent value for renters to come to Telluride It's expensive here but this condo will be clean and affordable. It's in a wonderful location in the winter for ski-in, ski-out access and it has ski lockers of it's own, and in the summer, it's right along the river trail in town for summer activities.
