The first condo didn’t have AC that was working. I contacted the owner and they put us in another unit. That unit was dirty. All the linens looked like they came from a thrift store. There were 2 bugs (cockroaches) but I was told they were palmetto bugs… I don’t know for sure. Then the last straw was when we were locked inside our condo. My husband had to crawl out the window and luckily he opened the door with the key. The lock was broken. I tried getting in touch with the owner and and she didn’t respond until several hours later. When we left we had to leave the condo unlocked. The second day when I asked if it would be repaired I didn’t get a call back until after I called VRBO and told them I was canceling this stay. We ended up getting a full refund but that took 2 days out of our vacation. Upon leaving we had to put all our belongings through the window because the door didn’t open at all.

Great location to Lido Beach

The condo was clean and in good condition. Location to Lido Beach was the best and you could just walk there. Also easy to walk to St Armands Key for dining and shopping.

Fantastic value and location

This price for 2 bed/2 bath is fantastic. Short walk to Lido Beach pool ($2/day) and beach where you can catch the Bayside Trolley. No car rental needed! Also Lido Beach Resort with bar and restaurants a 5 min walk. Split floorplan with very comfortable beds. Upgraded bathrooms. Shared free laundry behind building. Huge TV. Pot or cup Keurig. Beach chairs, towels, umbrella provided!!

Beach life

Excellent choice for those who want to combine remote work with proximity to the beach, park, restaurants, and cities of St. Armand and Sarasota. Hosts are very nice and responsive.

Nice getaway

We enjoyed our stay. Owners responded quickly to any inquiries we made. The condo was well supplied with kitchen appliances. Neighborhood was quiet and it was a short walk to the beach.

Very attentive hosts!

The short walk to Lido beach, the fabulous concession stand, and the condition of the beach, are perfect. The hosts could not be better. Responsive, friendly, and immediate results for requests.

Convenient location. Good value.

Great beach access, close to trolley, clean. Information sheet about area/trolley/internet/local info would of been helpful. No outside private area to sit. No area to hang wet clothes. Better communication would of been helpful.

This place was 10/10. The owner was responsive and helpful. The space was just what we needed. The location was out of this world. I’m so happy we got to spend our first Florida trip here.

Sunshine getaway

Wonderful! Clean, well kept. Great place and location for my wife and I. Short walk to the beach. Jeanine (owner) went out of her way to create a welcoming, homey feeling. The other guests were friendly. All conveniences were included from beach chairs and towels to BBQ grills and hair dryers. I would definetely stay again!

Could be better

Very clean but electrical outlets not very accessible in master bedroom for plugging electronic devices, no smart TV for streaming through devices and refrigerator had no dedicated outlet to plug into but used the outlet on countertop which means you had to alternate using the coffee maker and toaster. The refrigerator worked but had to be from the '70's.

Excellent location

This is a comfortable condo just a block from Lido Beach and a half mile from St. Armand’s Circle. We enjoyed our stay there.
