Bienvenido a nuestro NUEVO alquiler de vacaciones! ¡Encantadora construcción de 1948, pero acabamos de terminar el REMODELAMIENTO COMPLETO en una FANTÁSTICA UBICACIÓN! ¡Arlington Park está a solo unas cuadras de distancia! ¡Restaurantes de Hillview y área de compras al otro lado de la calle! El centro está a 5-7 minutos en coche. ¡Corto viaje en automóvil a las famosas Siesta Key Beach y Lido Beach (mi favorita) y St Armand’s Circle!

Amplio 3bedroom, 2 baños para 6 personas con todas las camas y sábanas nuevas. Dormitorio principal futura cama King Size con colchón terapéutico de gel.

Segundo dormitorio con 2 camas individuales y tercer dormitorio con una cómoda cama queen size.

Check in and check out was great, very easy. The pool was a little too cold (the landlord was told by the pool company, it was 85 degrees, which it could have been, in the middle of the day) so we weren’t able to enjoy it, and we didn’t want to pay extra for them to turn it up. The house was clean and very open. And the lighting was amazing!

The house was nicely located to nearby beaches and local attractions. The house was clean and comfortable. As for the propane grill it needs to be replaced ASAP! The grates were rusty and falling apart and it was a fire hazard and extremely dangerous for my husband to light. I would definitely book again in the future.

This was the perfect place for our family. The pool was amazing for our smaller kids to get very confident swimming. They had some great pool toys to keep us entertained. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. The location was great to try out different beaches. There were great restaurants and stores that we needed. We had a great stay and hope to come back.

Great house in a great location

This house was perfect for our family! The location is so convenient to great restaurants and not far at all from the beach. The neighborhood is quiet and very safe. We appreciated the beach chairs and toys and would love to stay here again.

We had an incredible week-long stay at this charming little house in Sarasota Heights! The home was warm, welcoming, and spotless, everything felt thoughtfully put together. One of the highlights was the private pool, complete with a mesh solarium that made it feel like our own tropical retreat. My whole family especially my grandson and his dad had an absolute blast swimming every day!The location was perfect, quiet and peaceful, yet super convenient. There were plenty of amazing restaurants nearby, and the beaches were less than 30 minutes away, making it easy to spend the day in the sun and come back to relax at our own place.This house truly made our vacation special. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and fun getaway in Sarasota!

A Perfect Sarasota Retreat

Thanks so much for a wonderful stay in Arlington Park. The home was spacious, clean, and well-furnished. The pool was the perfect place to relax after exploring all the nearby beaches and towns - St. Armands Circle, Lido Beach, Siesta Key and Anna Maria Island. We loved the location and walked to Southside Village and through the Arlington Park neighborhood almost every day. Larissa was very attentive and answered all our questions. Hopefully we can visit again soon!

I’m very picky about cleanliness, and this home was just amazing! We were so happy with our choice. The home was more beautiful and comfortable than we had hoped, we all felt like we were at home. The house was exceptionally clean and extremely well stocked!!! The kitchen was amazing and we enjoyed cooking together. Would stay here again!"

Good house, remodeled. Good location. Visiting Florida twice a year since so many houses but this house is really nice and big. Ps don’t panic if you can see washer and dryer machine, they have them!😂😂

Wonderful January Stay

The property is conveniently located within a short drive of Siesta Key and downtown Sarasota. It's a reasonable drive to Lido Key/St. Armand's Circle and Longboat Key. The pool was lovely, and when we did notice that it was no longer warm, Larissa was quick to respond and have a part replaced. We walked to Southside Village for groceries, coffee, and dining. The neighborhood is generally quiet, but there is a lot of new construction during the day. It was a wonderful home and location for a longer stay.

Christmas break

Location is central. The house was comfortable. Property manager was responsive, replaced a broken BBQ grill quickly. The house looked clean, unfortunately it smelled of spoiled fish. We had to burned aromatic candles all week.

Loved the neighborhood and park

The house was pretty much as advertised. I loved the bright cheery kitchen and it was well set up for dining in. Bedrooms were amply furnished with nice bedding and mattresses were great. Nice to have two full baths. We were surprised by all the beach toys, chairs, wagon, pool noodles etc. which were great! Only a couple of areas for improvement are recommended. It took about 48 hours for the smell to leave the home. I assume it was stagnant water in pipes but it was unpleasant nonetheless. Air fresheners eventually took care of the issue. The lanai had tears, the pool furniture was rusting and the pool deck is somewhat dangerous because of uneven pavers…this is a danger for everyone but especially for a smaller child. Pool was otherwise lovely and we did use it. We appreciated the timely pool cleaning service. One additional suggestion is it would be nice to have a sign/sheet explaining trash day, where the laundry is located and how to use the tv remotes. Aside from the pool issues, we truly enjoyed our stay.

Great trip! Close to everything!

We very much enjoyed our stay. Location was perfect. The house was exactly as described. Lots of pool toys as well as beach chairs and an umbrella were available. The host was very responsive and kind. Would happily stay again.

Great Place

Perfect space for 4 adults (2 couples) and 2 children. Plenty of room for the kids (5 and 7) to run around and the pool was great- the kids liked it better than the beach! Good location too. We would definitely go back if the family comes for a visit.

Excellent and comfortable

Let me start off with the location of the property. It was so close to everything! That includes the two beaches (lido and siesta) and places to eat. The house made us comfortable and at home:) It had everything we needed. Definitely will be staying here next time!!

Great place!!

This place has a beautiful modern decor. The beaches and shops are near by. The house has everything you need from shampoo to pots and pans to cook. The property manager made sure to check in on us to see if we needed anything. I will definitely stay here when we return to Sarasota.
