Frankenmuth County Escape

Frankenmuth School District. Pet friendly, 4 bedroom, 2 full bath home, just two miles south of Bronners Christmas Wonderland. This charming, turn of the century farm house will be the escape you are looking for. The house is over 100 years old so it's not the Ritz, but we love it and believe you will too. Enjoy the amazing city of Frankenmuth and then celebrate with a drink on the veranda or by the campfire in your own private residence surrounded by 3 full acres of nature. The 4 bedrooms include a queen, two full size double beds, a single and a rollaway. We do charge an additional $50 per guest per night for guests exceeding 4. This allows us to keep the nightly rent reasonable for couples and small families. Also, there is a $59 charge for property insurance or this cost can be avoided by providing $1500 in refundable insurance. About a week prior to your arrival we will send a basic short-term rental agreement and upon return we will provide property access information. * Well water on property.

Annual Black Friday Start of Christmas Shopping

My family and friends have been staying in Frankenmuth for over 23 years as tradition from Black Friday to Sunday for the annual start of the Christmas! This year, instead of staying at a hotel (we've stayed in all of them in Frankenmuth over the years!) we rented this country home. Absolutely, loved the house and all of the room! We had a blast and would stay there again. Comfy, roomy and cozy. The full kitchen as a plus as was the two full bathrooms. Thanks to our hosts for allowing us the opportunity to stay in your home!

Great Location

We did a family girls trip to Frankenmuth and Birch Run and this was an excellent choice for our stay! We will definitely be coming back for next year’s trip! The location was quiet, clean, and grounds were great for bonfires and relaxing.

Peaceful country house

The house and property were perfect for what we were looking for. The owners were quick to answer any questions we had. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. It was so quiet and peaceful and yet grocery stores and shopping were 5 minutes away. Definitely recommend this country charmer.

Great for long weekend.

We were in town for a family reunion in Frankenmuth. This was the perfect location. The house is a very cute farm house that’s been well maintained. No central air but didn’t really need it when we were there. The window units provide a good cooler sleeping option. Great fire pit area, huge kitchen that worked well as we prepped for the reunion. No complaints from any of the 6 of us!!

Quiet neighborhood, house was fine but didn't realize it was AC window units - upstairs shower didn't have hot water & wasn't use to well water but we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Beautiful peaceful farmhouse

We really loved our stay at this beautiful house. We loved sitting on the porch listening to all the birds and enjoying the peace and quiet. If i ever need a house in this area again, i would stay here.

Beautiful farmhouse

It was a beautiful farmhouse. Peaceful surroundings with great views of all the gorgeous nature around us. Wonderful amenities and the two bathrooms really came in handy. The farmhouse was centrally located from everything we wanted to do in the area. Just minutes from bronners. Loved it and would definitely stay again.

Nice house on a quiet street. Location was perfect, just outside of Frankenmuth and only a 30 min drive to Bay City for a day trip.

Great stay!

I would definitely stay here again when visiting Frankenmuth! VERY clean, more than enough room for 6 people, great communication with owners and we all loved the decor. It is also a great location.

2nd stay!!

We loved it here so much this was out 2nd booking. As great of a stay as the first. Loved the quiet setting and had all that we could ask for. We will return LOVED BEING ABLE TO HAVE OUR DOG! Dave the owner is an excellent host!
