Willkommen to the Loft Haus, a freshly decorated 2 bedroom, 1 bath retreat with a spacious loft, styled in a cozy Bavarian modern design! This cute little cottage is tucked away in the quiet town of Tuscola-only a 7 minute drive to all Frankenmuth has to offer, including the BRAND NEW Bavarian Blast!

The Loft Haus has a fully stocked kitchen, and everything you need is here! The stocked coffee bar means you have everything you need to brew your morning /afternoon cup; french press, ninja Coffee maker, coffee, creamer & sugar.

The large yard is perfect for family fun! Cozy up to the fire pit and roast some marshmallows supplied with benches, camp chairs and roasting sticks. Then gather your group for dinner on the deck at the patio table that sits 6.

This charming house features 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed and Nectar memory foam mattress. You’ll also find a queen sofa bed in the loft area. Therefore, comfortably sleeping 6 guests!

Frankenmuth has so much to offer all year round for every season!

In the Spring bring the kids to the Bavarian Easter Celebration or enjoy some adult time in April at the 80's Fest! The Balloon Fest and Dog Bowl in May are also good family fun!

In the Summer you can enjoy floating down the Cass River which is only a 2 minute walk to the Tuscola Township Park. Tube and kayak rentals are available at Frankenmuth Kayaks or Sivak's Cass River Boat and Tube Rental. Feel free to bring your own as well! The park also has a great play area for the kids, all walking distance from the house!
Memorial Park is located just over 4 miles from the property and provides a disc golf course, horse shoe pit and rose garden. Several Golf Courses are located within 20 minutes of The Loft Haus.

If you plan on visiting in the Fall, you must come for Oktoberfest!

Frankenmuth in the Winter is a sight to see! From visiting Bronner's, the biggest Christmas store in the World to ice skating downtown, there are so many things to do. In January the Snowfest is a must see!

Our hope is that you will come and stay with us every season to truly experience all that this area has to offer!

This was my message to the host when we left and 4hrs later there is no response.Good morning! We just left. Please know that while your house is beautiful and really cozy, we did not really enjoy it as we thought we could because of all the pet hair. The upstairs couch and the pillows on it were full of hair, we wiped the couch down so the kids could watch some tv, by the way, they thought it was very cool up there. All the sheets, pillow cases and covers and some of the towels had hair on them. Either hire a better cleaning crew or have the current one do a good job. We are not very pet friendly and maybe that’s why we were so disgusted, but you should really think about fining the guests that don’t follow the house rules. We did not take out the trash, nor removed the bedding, but again, we were beyond disgusted. Have a great day!

We had a great long weekend before Christmas enjoying the Frankenmuth holiday vibe. The house was clean and welcoming and the neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. Very close to all that Frankenmuth has to offer!

The house was very clean and decorated for Christmas. It’s an easy drive to get to Main Street in Frankenmuth. I loved the German theme of the decor too.

Neighborhood was questionable. Not the best location in my opinion. When we arrived the house was cold and we couldn’t get the heat working for a while. We did contact the host about it and they were going to call a furnace guy but my husband had to google how to work that specific thermostat and figured it out. House was not what the pictures all showed. Carpet was dirty and worn in the bedrooms and in the loft area. I was surprised to see the extra blankets just thrown on the floor in the bedroom closets. Some bathroom fixtures need replacing. For what we paid to stay the house should have been better kept. Would not stay there again.

The neighborhood wasn't great, but the house was, although the deck could use some preservation. Inside was immaculate, well maintained and comfortable. We much appreciated purified water for drinking and showers. The bed was very cozy. Several times, though, the boards under the box spring popped out of place and had to be put back. Overall it was a great place to stay and relax.

The house was very clean, well supplied and cute, but the listing i booked from said 3 bedrooms bedoom 1 queen, bedroom 2 queen, loft double bed. There was no bed, thencwe read there was an airmattress in a closet. ThE loft was cute but the TV was up there wITh the sofas . No comfortable furniture on the lower level and we had a 90 year old with us. Its a nice well kept place, but not ideal for our situation.

Quiet and Peaceful

This property was cute and easy to locate. There is enough parking for at least 2-3 vehicles. It's a quick trip into Frankenmuth or Clio.Things to be aware of when renting this property: If you are traveling with someone with limited mobility there are 3-4 stairs to climb to get into the house once you enter the entryway. All of the couches are located in the loft so options for sitting down on the 1st floor are either the dining room chairs or a bed. The owner shows this in the photos so there is nothing inaccurate about their listing but it didn't even register with me as a possible issue until until we got there. So just a heads up. Also, watch your step getting out of the bathtub. It's a nice, deep tub but that means it's a bit of a step down to get out.Now, onto things that were AWESOME about this property: Well-stocked kitchen. Coffee is stored in the fridge to keep it fresh. Plenty of shampoo, towels, etc. in the bathroom. The loft area is really cute and there are plenty of games to play and a desk area for working. The owner is responsive and helpful. We had an issue with the air conditioner while we were there and they had a technician come and fix it within a few hours of us contacting them. It really is a cute, peaceful place to stay.

Frankenmuth vacation

Wonderful house to stay at. Close enough to Frankenmuth to enjoy all the fun shopping, activities and restaurants; but far enough for peace and quiet at night. The outside of the house is dated, but the inside is gorgeous. I do wish the write up had stated that while dogs are welcome they need to stay off the beds. That posed a problem with our dog who always sleeps with me. (Whining and crying at night). The internet was out when we first arrived and we were told we could cancel. We decided to stay and in was fixed the next day. All in all we had a wonderful time.

Not what we expected

The house was beautifully decorated, very clean and the host was very responsive. Under 10 minute drive from the water park. Which was a plus for us. The only issue we had it was a 2 bed and not 3. The loft was turned into a living room. To my understanding it was a 3 bedroom with loft space and blow up bed option also. Having two adults and four children three bedrooms is what we need. We need more space but over all we enjoyed our time here. Will recommend to other people

Overall was a good stay. Clean and well taken care of VRBO. We didn’t know our check in information until I reached out a couple hours prior, but she was quick to respond with that.

We had a girls getaway to Frankenmuth and stayed in this adorable house. It was beautiful. Decorated beautifully for Christmas with trees and all. From the moment we walked in we felt at home. Would stay here for sure again.

Great Location & Family Space

We stayed for the weekend with 6 adults and an 8 month old. The house had everything we needed! It was only a 7 minute drive to downtown Frankenmuth and 10 minutes to Bronners. The host responded very quickly to any communications. We would definitely stay again!

Close proximity to town center and far enough from the commotion of Main Street. The layout of the home was welcoming from singles to small families like we were. Some things that can be considered for improvement are: 1) a paved parking pad 2) increasing the amount of cutlery as it was stocked only for one person 3) replacing the bathroom mat that was old, tattered & disgusting Overall, the property provides an enjoyable and comfortable getaway location. A problem that occurred with hot water was addressed immediately therefore only a minor inconvenience.

New Thanksgiving traditions

Our stay was amazing. The place was a bit snug, but we loved it. It was everything i expected and then some. The land surrounding the property was perfect for walking around. It was close to downtown Frankenmuth and birch run outlets. My sister wants the pot set. The only other thing was that the light was burned out in the coat room. Thank you for a great stay. Would definitely recommend it to everyone.

Short girls trip

The loft is a perfect place for a few days away with a couple of friends it is so cute and just what we needed for a couple day get away.
