Downtown vibes with hilltop views! Enjoy all the Prescott has to offer in this hill top, home while taking in the breathtaking 360 degree views of the town. Take a quick walk through a lush creek side park to the famous Whiskey Row Square for craft beer, nightlife, unique dinning experiences and retail shopping! Or stay in and enjoy a bbq and games on the patio with friends and family! All family members welcome, including the furry ones!

The house has been equipped with memory foam mattresses with fresh sheets and soft linens to keep you warm and cozy. A comfortable desk and dinning area for working and enjoying meals and a couch and smart tv for relaxing and kicking back.

The kitchen is fully stocked with a Nespresso machine, Kureg, drip coffee, pots, pans, you name it!

Take in the summer sunshine as you enjoy a game of cornhole while grilling up a nice meal on the patio. A fenced in area has been set up to keep your furry fiends safe and happy during the day or night.

There is plenty of parking to accommodate all your parking needs along with a nice, wide, paved driveway and an EV charger for our energy conscious friends.
