10 stars! Ideal location in a quiet area with no high rises to compete with beach space. You have your own Beach house! Huge deck space for lounging, cocktails, and reading books. The inside is clean and well managed. Perfect fit for our family.

This is a nice property but needs some repair. There was old soap bars left in the master shower. The 1st floor did not warm up. The kids had to double up in bedroom on the 3rd floor. The beach was right out the back door. They was a bakery within walking

Great location, great townhouse!

Everything was excellent with this stay, from the location to the house. Set up perfect for our 8 quest. Furniture and beds were super comfortable. There were even beach chairs and umbrellas to use. Both decks were excellent. Just steps to the beach, would stay here again!

2nd Time staying, excellent property!!

Step right off the back porch into the sand. Beach is not very crowded right behind the property, even on 4th of July weekend when we visited. House is pretty well kept and being able to park right at the front door is so helpful when loading and unloading lots of kids and luggage.

Family summer of 2024 Vaca was all but perfect! Double red flags kept us ankle deep until the last day but the weather was perfect! The unit was everything it said it was and accommodated perfectly my husband and I with our daughters and their families! We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely townhome!

Check-in & check-out processes were super easy. Townhome was beautiful & comfortable. The view & easy access to the beach cannot be beat! The stairs felt steep but that’s my only complaint & it’s slight. We loved our stay & would return again happily.

Great Trip

We enjoyed both decks & seating which gave a magnificent view of the beach. The townhouse gave us plenty of room to spread out & enjoy a little quiet time. The best part was no crowds & walking directly to the beach no waiting on elevators or looking for a place to sit!!

The townhome was beautifully decorated and was very clean. We had all the things needed to prepare meals. The home sits right on the beach and that made it convenient for us to go up and make lunch and head back out to the beach. There are two balconies with plenty of seating to watch the sunset! It was just a short drive to restaurants and Pier Park. It was an amazing vacation with family and can’t wait until next year!

Beachside West 8 was great!

Everything was great and as pictured. You are literally a short walk from the beach. The beach is less populated than those areas by the high rise buildings. You do have neighbors that you might run into on the deck but at no times did it seem uncomfortable. I’m a fairly quiet person and our family likes to keep to itself and the neighbors were never an issue.

Great Location

This was the perfect location for our vacation. If you have difficulty with steps this is not the place for you. The kitchen is in the middle floor with the bedrooms on bottom and 3rd floor. I wish the listing would have told us there was chairs and umbrellas there. The dining room chairs need tightening. One is very wobbly. Overall i would stay here again!

Beachside West #8

Overall this is a great townhouse. Love the layout and the decking. Walk out straight to the beach. Suggestions for the owner: pots and pans need replacing as the inside are badly scratched. Need more silverware. Also, the a/c vents in the living room and master bedroom are scary to look at due to them being covered in black (dust, mildew, mold?) Even with that, we would stay there again.

Good location

Over all an okay place. The location is great and great beach access. It’s a townhouse so it has 3 levels and a bit cumbersome going up and down. The bottom level is a bedroom with laundry and a new washer and dryer that worked very well for us. The middle level in the kitchen and living room. The deck is in poor condition, the details mentions it’s freshly renovated which I will push back on. Maybe a coat of paint but the cabinets are in poor condition the floors are listed as wood, that’s false 90% of the floors are tiles that are broken in many places and rugs laid rugs over to cover. You can feel as you walk they are broken and soft. Appliances are okay and work fine. The TV in the living room is very small maybe a 32” or 40” which makes it kinda hard to watch in the living room. The couch was nice and comfortable Overall the place was fairly clean and comfortable. In synopsis we would definitely not book again and pictures are a bit misleading.

Disappointed

The location and size was perfect for our group. Decor was beautiful. We were a little disappointed with not being able to check in until 4 PM. Knowing the unit was vacant several days prior to our arrival date we thought we asked if we could check in a few hours early. It was an option for a ridiculous fee All of the townhouse, especially the downstairs, reeks of mold. There was a German roach in the kitchen cabinet with the coffee cups. The dish washer smells so terrible It made us nauseous when opened. Hopefully they will get the mold and dish washer issues taken care of because it could be a great place!

FILTHY!

Upon entering the unit you are immediately hit with the smell of mildew. All the rugs in the unit are filthy, I don't think the floor has ever been cleaned, the base boards were disgusting and all air vents were rusted or mold (not sure which). The curtains and shower curtain were very dirty as well. But the absolute worse was the air. Apparently the system was set to adjust to an automatic temp and the unit never cooled off. My daughter and her family (two 1 year olds) had to sleep on the couch because the downstairs was unbearable hot. The photo on the site is GROSSLY MISLEADING and the price I paid versus what I got was very disappointing.

Excellent family spot

This is a beautiful location-sunsets are amazing off either deck and sunrise is out the kitchen window and bleeds over to the deck beach view also. It’s away from the big hotel type buildings so the beach wasn’t crowded. You step off the lower deck into the sand before the dune so an amazing area to tell the little ones, play here only - and you can watch- while the water is a few hundred feet farther down the path and onto the beach area itself. It isn’t a glamour place other than the view and beach. It’s a lovely home with all clean and comfortable. No need to find safe places to store owners breakables from little fingers. All listed amenities are as promised and management is prompt and courteous if needed (new dishwasher installed while there) One thing I believe should be emphasized is -if you have problems with stairs, this isn’t for you, though ground floor entry has the 2 queen beds and small fridge, wine cooler, bathroom/shower and outside deck/beach access and picnic table and grill right there, as well as washer/dryer - but it’s 15 steep steps up to the main floor and 17 more up to the other 2 bedrooms. This was fine for us, but wouldn’t be for all. We loved it. We could sit on either deck and relax and watch the sunset as well as see and supervise the grandkids who were in heaven playing in the sand area right outside the door. We would definitely return.
