Gulf Front-Beach Side -Hermosa casa 2680 q ft-Salga del balcón a la playa

Esta hermosa y espaciosa casa de playa está en el lado de la playa en el tranquilo extremo oeste de Panama City Beach y está frente al golfo y justo en la arena y el agua verde esmeralda. No cruzar la calle o pasar otras casas para llegar a la playa. La casa tiene capacidad para 13 personas. (Camas de 12 pulgadas y sofás-cama y un niño en el sofá de dos plazas en la sala de estar) y la cocina está equipada con ollas, sartenes, platos, vasos, etc. para preparar comidas. El dormitorio principal con cama queen está arriba y tiene un enorme balcón (10 'por 30') con tumbonas y sillas y un golfo de un millón de dólares y vista a la playa. También TV de pantalla plana y almacenamiento en abundancia. El enorme baño principal tiene una ducha y tocadores dobles. Hay dos dormitorios adicionales en el piso de arriba que tienen baño Jack y Jill para compartir. Este baño tiene una combinación de bañera / ducha. Un dormitorio tiene cama queen y el otro dormitorio tiene cama queen y también literas. Hay una lavadora y secadora completa arriba también.

La planta baja tiene una cocina y comedor súper espaciosos para 10 o más personas y la sala de estar con vista completa al golfo está perfectamente diseñada para que toda la familia la visite, vea la televisión o juegue juegos de cartas. Justo al lado de la sala de estar hay un balcón de 10 'por 30' con espacio para todos. La planta baja tiene capacidad para cuatro en los cómodos sofás cama. Además, hay un sofá de dos plazas que no duerme pero que puede acomodar el espacio para dormir de un niño. Hay un medio baño abajo. El establecimiento está sobre pilotes y no está adaptado para sillas de ruedas. Debido a la elevación, las vistas de las aguas y la arena del golfo son increíbles. Sal del balcón del piso principal y estarás en la playa, a solo pasos de las aguas color esmeralda. Hay wifi gratuito en Beachhouse.

We could not have been more pleased with the property. It is in an outstanding location with incredible views/access to the beach. The property itself is very nice - roomy and well laid-out. Appliances were great and it offered ample storage. Communication was easy and quick - they were very quick on responses to questions. We will absolutely stay there again - highly recommended.

We had a small wedding on the beach access behind the house as well as a small reception inside the house. The accommodations were perfect for this. The host answered all questions promptly and made the process simple. The house was clean and larger than we expected!Will definitely be back, maybe this time for an anniversary trip!

We agree that this very spacious home right on the Snow White sand with forever views of the gulf is a very rare find. We are so blessed to own it and are so thankful for those who enjoy it. It is a business to us and we do everything possible to keep it well renovated and updated. Quite simply, we think it doesn’t get better than staying here on the gulfside with unobstructed views of the beach and gulf. The huge living area and two balconies make it perfect for gathering and conversation while making memories of a lifetime.

We do ask guests to limit leaving doors and windows open for long periods since the ocean air can cause such moisture damage and even rust, so while they’re able to be opened and enjoyed for the breeze or sound of the waves, we do try to limit the exposure to avoid any damage to the inside of the home. Hi! I’m Beverly. My husband is a retired Coca-Cola bottling manager, and I spent my career in education—first as a teacher and principal, and eventually serving as Assistant Superintendent for Pike County Schools in Alabama. After retiring in 1989, we began investing in rental properties in Troy, a charming college town, and have proudly remained in the residential and commercial rental business for over 30 years.

Today, we also own and personally manage several beachfront and Laguna Beach properties in beautiful Panama City Beach, Florida. We’ve poured our hearts into these homes—especially this one, which was our personal beach retreat until July 27, 2017. We genuinely care about creating a quality experience for each guest and take great pride in maintaining our homes to the highest standard.

You’ll also hear from my wonderful daughter-in-law, Lyndsay, who helps manage the property and is often your go-to for communication. Between the two of us, we’re committed to making sure you feel right at home.

We chose the Laguna Beach neighborhood because it truly offers the best of both worlds. Tucked away on the quieter west end of Panama City Beach, it’s peaceful and laid-back, yet still just minutes from the vibrant shops and restaurants at Pier Park and the scenic communities along 30A.

One of the things we love most about this location is being right on the Gulf—no busy streets to cross, no elevators to wait on, just step off the balcony and you’re on the beach. The second bedroom features a beautiful queen poster bed, and the third has a king bed and plenty of space to settle in. The living area includes two queen sleeper sofas.
