Some of the closest attractions are the island’s very best! Nearby Coligny Plaza is a great place for dining, shopping, and entertainment. The kids will have fun playing in the fountain at Coligny Beach Park! Rent bikes and ride the miles of bike paths, or you may want to just rent an umbrella and chair from the lifeguard and relax with a book on the beach!

As you walk in you are immediately greeted by the tremendous view from the large windows in the living space, providing the most sensational view of the ocean you can imagine. The 5th floor on Hilton Head Island is as high as possible! Enter into the foyer that lends itself to the well-stocked kitchen, complete with brand-new stainless steel appliances. Additionally, it sports beautiful granite counters, ample pantry and cabinet space, and is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare daily meals and more. The kitchen offers a view of the living and dining space, making entertaining fun and easy from the hub of this home. The dining area is just off the kitchen and has a table. The views from the living area windows are amazing in their own right, but the scenery from the balcony off the living room will take your breath away. The community pool is heated from March 1 to April 30 and October 1 to November 30. The spa is heated year-round.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 5.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
