Welcome to your South Forest Beach getaway, proudly hosted by Island Rentals of Hilton Head, where comfort meets coastal charm! This spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa features a King bed, two Twin beds, and a pull-out sofa, making it perfect for families or small groups. The open living area flows onto a private balcony with partial ocean views, the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee or unwind after a day in the sun. With in-unit laundry and an elevator to the villa, your stay is as convenient as it is relaxing.

Dive into vacation mode at the zero-entry oceanfront pool, complete with a spa and baby pool, or take the direct path to the beach just steps from your door. Your stay includes four adult bikes from South Beach Bicycles and four backpack beach chairs, making it easy to explore Hilton Head’s scenic trails or spend carefree days by the water.

Located just minutes from Coligny Plaza and Celebration Park, you’ll be close to great dining, shopping, and family-friendly entertainment. We had an amazing stay at this property! The house was exceptionally clean and cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed for the beach - chairs, umbrella, boogie board. The location was perfect for exploring the area while still offering a quiet retreat in the evenings. Our host was wonderful—very responsive and clear with check-in instructions. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Wonderful rental!

Loved the location to the beach! Very helpful that chairs (4) were provided, 2 bikes, and 2 boogie boards. However several lamps didn’t work and outlets. A few more kitchen items would have been helpful (chip clips), storage containers.

Wonderful Accommodations

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time in this beautiful, well-maintained condo. We had four adults and one child; we were all very comfortable with the space. It was the perfect location where we could walk on the beach to Coligny or on the sidewalk if we wanted or needed. There were also plenty of delicious restaurants in the area in which we walked to. The pool is beautiful and we never had a problem getting a chair. The beach was perfect, not too crowded. The bikes were easy to locate and an added bonus to our trip. We look forward to returning year after year!

With some deep cleaning this could be great

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Booking was easy. Location is fantastic. Plenty of space. The unit is nice but the owner needs to visit and see that several things are not being deep cleaned. Every couch cushion was stained with two spots on the seat cushions appearing to be blood stains. There were dirty plates stuck in the middle of the stack and dirty knives in the drawer. The coffee pot water tank had heavy build up and was unusable. There were only 4 washcloths. A text to the property management was answered quickly. They asked if we wanted the cleaning issues addressed now or later. I chose to throw sheets over the furniture rather than have our short stay interrupted. And after the second request, housekeeping brought more washcloths. A descaling tablet was given for the coffee pot but it is the water tank that was corroded so that did not help. There was only one usable skillet. The cookware is severely scarred with deep scratches. It was unhygienic and unsafe to use. If these things are addressed the unit could be great. I was not going to post a review but this is the third time that I have been asked to do so. Having bikes was a nice bonus. I feel terrible posting negative reviews. I want to reitterate property management did respond promptly to my text, but these are things that should not have needed to be an issuse.

We completely understand your decision not to have your short stay interrupted and respected your preference not to have the team return at that time. We did provide additional washcloths and assistance with the coffee maker based on what we were able to address without further access to the property. Your comments regarding the cookware, coffee maker, furnishings, and housekeeping have been shared with the appropriate teams for further review. Review invitations are automatically sent following a stay, and guests who book through another platform may occasionally receive additional reminders as well. We certainly understand that receiving multiple requests can feel repetitive. Property was very well maintained and clean. The pool was heated with hot tub also heated which were both used throughout the week. The beach access is located behind the pool with nice automatic sprayers for feet and beach stuff for the sand which was nice. The condo was clean and cozy with fresh flowers when we arrived. The condo also comes with 4 bikes which is a huge bonus for any family as kids love that and proximity to Coligy shops is ideal. My only complaints are the pans for cooking need updated, only 1 fan and no extra blankets. Also directions could be better for locating the unit, bikes and WiFi. Plan accordingly if you plan to cook meals and/or need certain things for sleeping. Overall the heated pool, bikes and proximity to everything make this a great place to book for HHI.
