Perfect idyll, fresh sea breeze and clean mountain air - here you will find "the other Mallorca"! A spacious finca awaits you in a unique region of the island. This has even been declared a World Heritage Site by Unesco. The beautiful pool and the idyllic sunbathing terraces in the middle of this unique mountain scenery will surely become your favorite place. Once you have experienced the sunset here, you will return to this resort again and again.



An insider tip for all who are looking for peace, rest and relaxation. The finca is located on the wildly romantic coastal cliffs of the Tramuntana mountains and outside the mountain village of Estellencs. A pleasant vacation home with six bedrooms and six bathrooms. Therefore, the finca is also ideal for seminars, courses or other events. From the spacious kitchen you can reach the wonderful terraces. Here you can comfortably have breakfast outside, and the charcoal grill will give you many unforgettable barbecue evenings. There is also a guest toilet on the first floor and a bathroom with shower in the garden. The house is hot/cold fully air-conditioned, so it is pleasantly habitable even in winter. Due to the thick walls and the permanent gentle sea breeze, the air-conditioning is hardly needed in summer, and the house has a very pleasant living climate. Groups (except families and couples over 30) on request and with special deposit. .

An absolute gem of a property, stunning, beautiful 17th Century Villa. Perfect isolation. Big rooms, lovely and airy - barely needed air-con due to height of property. Felt homely, comfortable. Lovely swimming pool. Would 100% return aian and again. Felt like stepping back in time.

I don't think it is ok that we had to pick up the key ourselves. At the day of departure we had to get up very early because we had en early plane. Why coulden't we just leave the key at the "keybox" at the house.

Villa spacieuse agréable et dans un décor de rêve

La remise des clés le samedi se déroule à mis chemin entre l'aéroport et la villa sans encombre. La découverte de la villa fut une merveilleuse surprise, elle est encore mieux en vrai qu'en photos. Il n'y a pas un seul voisin proche, l'extérieur est splendide et la piscine joue un rôle primordial durant les fortes chaleur d'été. La cuisine est parfaitement fonctionnelle pour 12 personnes voir plus, il y a 2 immenses tables extérieures pour alterner les ambiances le midi et le soir. Les chambres sont toutes spacieuses, confortables et équipées d'une salle de bain, d'un toilette et d'une clim, aucune chambre n'est décevante (ce qui est rare dans un logement avec autant de couchages). Nou avons passé un séjour sans aucun problème, cumulant les bonnes surprises, profitant à la fois du cadre, du calme, du temps et de la possibilité de faire la fête sans déranger les voisins à plus de 100 mètres. Large House in an impressive natural setting complemented by generally good facilities.

Rustic charm and ample space in 6 double bedrooms, each complete with ensuite. Lots of table space inside and outside for choice of dining locations, plus a really fantastic pool and surround. Unspoilt countryside, remote and beautiful. Andratx 25 minutes by car ( which is an absolute MUST) provides the supermarkets and some restaurants.Es Grau Restaurant, with spectacular views from the terrace, is nearby and is able to cater for large parties and we found that the staff were particularly good with children. Downsides of the stay were the poor Wi-Fi( note we found, after 24 hours, that the router is located in the bedroom 2nd on the left at the top of the stairs) ,no phone signal on any network and the predominantly German TV that could not be changed to any other language. Our biggest issue though was the poor admin experience we had and our own lack of good spoken Spanish which is needed to communicate with the agent. Deposit is only in cash and there is a rigmarole with reading meters and sending pictures on WhatsApp messages.There was no coded keystore at the property so the instructions were to pick up a key from an office in a teashop in Palma. If the last couple of points are addressed then in future the place will be very good indeed.

Quiet lovely but apart

Good points: -Big house with beautiful swimming pool, the kitchen is well equipped. -The vue around the villa is very beautiful! Bad points: -You have an extra charge for the electricity. It is not clear until you did the reservation. -No telephone network : this is not a real bad point, but if you need to be reached by someone, you have to tell before.There is WIFI so communication through internet is the only solution. -You don't communicate with the real house owner, but with the housekeeper who lives near of the villa. He is very nice, helpful but if you don't understand Spanish, good luck!
