About this property

Villa Castillo Calma, newly refurbished with large new pool + great garden area

Our newly renovated and renovated villa with lookout tower located in a residential area in the exclusive Costa de la Calma near Santa Ponsa on the southwest coast of Mallorca, away from the big tourist crowds!
It offers a generous plot with 1095 square meters and can accommodate up to max. 8 people. With a floor space of approximately 226 square meters on two floors you will find comfortable and cozy living areas.
The pool (4.5 x 10.5 meters) was rebuilt in 2016 and is equipped with the latest technology: LED lighting with color change, water treatment without chemicals by natural salt electrolysis, which can score with its healing effect on the skin.

On the ground floor is a living / dining room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and a bedroom with newly renovated bathroom en suite. On the ground there is still yet a utility room with guest toilet and washing machine.
Upstairs there are three more bedrooms, including the tower room with stairs to the lookout tower with comfortable seating. There are also two bathrooms, one en suite. These baths were completely redone in 2018.
All bedrooms and living rooms are equipped with new, ultra-quiet air conditioners that can be operated continuously and particularly energy-saving with the latest inverter technology. But there are also fans.
Enjoy your stay with friends and family in an exclusive and quiet area whether. In the nearby bay or the private pool
Decide whether your evening on the spacious house or pool terrace (new) end with south-west exposure, or prefer to enjoy the view of the tower terrace or two balconies.

Several restaurants and bars are only minutes away. A holiday in this high quality holiday home guarantees relaxation for the whole year.
For your vehicles are 3 - 4 parking spaces on the property available. Bicycles can be parked in a locked room.

well-appointed, great villa to stay

Everything including the salt water pool, the windows that open two ways, air conditioning in every room, and a plug-in cooler in the dining room is better than you would expect. The location is quiet but conveniently close to the autopista.

Really great base to explore the local area. Also the house has a fabulous outdoor and pool area should you want to just enjoy the sun. Top quality sunbeds and parasols. Kids enjoyed the pool long into the evening.

Super schöne und auch schön gelegene Finca in der Nähe von Santa Ponça. Wir waren zu 7 vor Ort und hatte eine tolle Woche. Die Finca in Gänze ist wunderschön, der Pool traumhaft. Alles in allem eine tolle Reise. Würden jederzeit wieder dorthin fahren.

Alles in allem ein gelungener Aufenthalt.

Die Villa ist gut gelegen und mehrere tolle Strände sind in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Das Haus und der wirklich große Pool sind sehr sauber und gepflegt. Alles was man für einen unbeschwerten Urlaub benötigt ist vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr angenehm und man merkt, dass er sich um das wohl seiner Gäste kümmert. Insgesamt kann man es tatsächlich fast nicht besser machen.

Erholsame Ferien mit Freunden

Wir konnte zwei Wochen Ruhe und gümtliches Beisammensein geniessen. Diverse gute Restaurants in näherer Umgebung und verschiedene Ausflugsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Der Pool war ein Traum, insbesondere da kein Chlor verwendet wird. Der Pool ist wirklich genau wie auf den Fotos. Genug gross um jedem morgen einige Längen zu schwimmen oder sich einfach auf der Luftmatraze treiben lassen...

Tolle Unterkunft mit schönem Garten

Schönes Ferienhaus, in dem man alles hat was man benötigt. Voll ausgestattete Küche, Waschmaschine, genügend Handtücher auch für den Pool, ein großer Pool mit genügend neuen Liegen und Sonnenschirmen, neue Terrassenmöbel, etc. Nachzubessern wäre das Bad im EG. Die beiden oberen Bäder sind neu renoviert. Die Kommunikation mit der Haushälterin vor Ort ließ zu wünschen übrig. Wir bekamen auf Fragen keine Antwort. Dafür reagierte der Vermieter sofort und kümmerte sich aus der Ferne um unsere Anliegen. Wir können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

The house and outside areas were excellent. The pool was fantastic with lovely gardens surrounding it. Residential area which was peaceful and no noise at night. Good location with short journey to town and beach. Easy access to palma by bus.

We spend great holidays in this house. Everyone was happy and appreciated the house. Greater than expected, the house is really beautiful and clean! We also enjoy facilities and equipments of the house (kitchen is perfect to the one who wants to cook). We have been well welcomed , the people keeping the house are very kind and Michael has been very reactive and problem solver when we had issues! 100% recommend this location. Klasse! Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Wir haben einen wunderbaren Familienurlaub im Castillo Calma verlebt. Das Haus ist 1A gepflegt und in einem erstklassigen Zustand. Vom Turmzimmer ( ein Traum für sich) aus hat man direkten Zugang zu einer großen uneinsehbaren Sonnenterrasse mit super Aussicht über die nahe und ferne Umgebung. Wir haben uns im Haus und vor allem auf der großen Terrasse, im Garten und dem tollen Pool sehr sehr gut erholen können! Wir werden ganz sicher wiederkommen!

Tolles Haus

Sehr schöne Villa, besonders der Poolbereich macht Freude. Das Grundstück ist groß und durch Hecken und Bäume gegen Einblick von außen rundum abgeschirmt. Die Lage ist ruhig ohne störende Einflüsse. Küche, Wohnbereich, Bäder und Schlafzimmer sind gut ausgestattet und schön möbliert. Das Turmzimmer ist ein Traum für kleine und große Prinzessinnen. Wir können dieses Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen und hoffen, einmal wieder kommen zu können. Arztpraxis L aus dem südlichen Westfalen. Wir waren für eine Woche hier anlässlich unseres 25 jährigen Praxisjubiläums.

Uneingeschränkte Weiterempfehlung

Wir, 2 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder, können dieses Haus nur weiterempfehlen. Die Kommunikation mit den Besitzern sowie der Verwalterin ist sehr angenehm und reibungslos verlaufen, so dass man schon mit gutem Gefühl in den Urlaub starten kann. Das Haus entspricht der Beschreibung in allen Punkten, besonders die Schlafräume und Badezimmer sind sehr schön. Wohnzimmer und Küche haben wir auf Grund des tollen Wetters kaum bis gar nicht genutzt :-). Die Außenanlage ist ein Traum und wir haben hier Stunden verbracht. Besonders der Pool, mit leichtem Salzwasser, hatte es uns angetan. Fazit: wer einen Traumurlaub auf Mallorca verbringen möchte, sollte dieses Haus in ruhiger und angenehmer Nachbarschaft buchen.
