Great holiday June 2025

quality Apartment with great view

The stylish apartment is well equipped with quality furnishings and appliances. The sea view is stunning. The location is well placed for Paguera and Cala Fornells but the area his hilly and the complex has many steps. Some good hikes nearby and good bus links.

Tolle kurzweilige 2 Wochen in Cala Fornells

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Die Wohnung und der Ausblick waren wie Beschrieben.Toll war auch das morgendliche Frühschwimmen im Meer und die vorhandenen Duschen direkt am Steg.Super wäre noch gewesen, wenn eine Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine zur Küchenausstattung gehören würde.Für einen ersten Espresso mit dem traumhaften Ausblick vom Ballkon.Als störend empfanden wir die Lage am Glas-und Müllcontainer. Häufige Leerung schon am frühen Morgen mit Lärm.Der Müllplatz wurde aber regelmäßig sauber gehalten.Wir kommen wieder!

Wunderbar!

Die Ferienwohnung ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Blick vom großen Balkon über die Bucht einfach traumhaft! Dazu noch die hübsche und gut gepflegte Apartmentanlage mit Palmen und Bougainvillea - einfach nur schön. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt, wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit. Der persönliche Check-In und Check-Out vor Ort klappte prima, ganz herzlichen Dank an Herrn Passmann! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Februar 2025 - absolut empfehlenswert!

Es hat uns außergewöhnlich gut gefallen. Eine sehr schöne, liebe- und geschmackvoll eingerichtete, saubere, gepflegte Wohnung, komplett ausgestattet, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Aussicht (vom Schlafzimmer, Esstisch, Küche, Sofa und Balkon - also von fast überall !) auf das Meer ist traumhaft und auch den Blick auf die harmonische, abwechslungsreiche Architektur der Anlage mit einem sehr hübsch bepflanzten, gepflegten Innenhof kann man vom Balkon aus genießen. Wir sind gut ohne Auto ausgekommen. Alle Einkäufe haben wir zu Fuß - mit Rucksack - erledigt. In den heißen Sommermonaten ist das aber vielleicht anstrengender. Mercadona in Paguera wurde leider geschlossen, doch es gibt ja noch einen gut ausgestatteten Lidl und Eroski hat sich durch neue Kühlregale deutlich verbessert. Wir hatten für 4 Wochen gebucht und bei allen Anliegen wurden wir von Mallorcahome freundlich, aufmerksam & kompetent betreut. Es war sehr angenehm, dass wir schon am frühen Mittag einchecken konnten. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Urlaub im Januar 2025

Wir sind schon oft auf Mallorca gewesen, diese Wohnung haben wir zum ersten Mal gebucht. Wir waren rundherum zufrieden: Sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet, toller Ausblick...! Auch der Kontakt zu Mallorcahome und dem Ansprechpartner vor Ort war super! Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Erholsamer Urlaub

Wir waren im März für drei Wochen in der Wohnung A3671. Die Kommunikation mit Herrn Passmann war ok! Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Es war alles wie in der Beschreibung aufgeführt und sehr sauber. Das kleine Lädchen in der Anlage - 108 Stufen-, war noch geschlossen, aber der Weg zu Eroski und Lidl ist auch ohne Auto gut erreichbar. Es war ruhig, und der Blick von dem Balkon war Traumhaft! Fragen zur Buchung und zur Lage der Wohnung wurde von Frau Metz nett und kompetent beantwortet. Wenn unsere Gesundheit es zu lässt, kommen wir gerne wieder!

Ein wunderschönes Ap...

Ein wunderschönes Apartment in einer wundervollen Umgebung. Wir wollten Ruhe und einen wunderbaren Meerblick. Wir haben beides bekommen. Das Apartment war liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Bei der Ausstattung hat es an nichts gefehlt. Ein großes Danke an die Vermieterin. Etwas körperliche Fitness sollte man aber mitbringen. Zum Meer an der Anlage oder zu Fuss zum Strand sind doch einige Stufen zu bewältigen. Uns hat es nicht gestört. Bei der doch sehr kurzfristigen Buchung hat uns Frau Suzanne Metz super unterstützt und bei der Wohnungsübergabe durch Enrico Passmann hat wie immer alles super geklappt. Alle alles war top. Urlaub im November 2022

Stylisches Appartement mit tollem Meerblick und im November ist auch lange Sonne auf dem Balkon. Jeden Morgen Frühstück auf dem Balkon und abends toll mit den Lichtern in der Bucht! Ein kleines Manko: wir konnten keinen Wäscheständer finden für unsere nassen Handtücher vom Strand bzw. wenn man was waschen würde. Anmerkung von Mallorcahome: Es freut mich, dass Sie die Zeit genossen haben. Falls etwas fehlen sollte, melden Sie dies bitte immer direkt Ihrem Ansprechpartner. Ein Wäscheständer hätte schnell besorgt werden können.

Kurzurlaub im April 2022

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit traumhaftem Blick über die Bucht von Paguera. Die Wohnung ist toll eingerichtet und voll ausgestattet. Die Organisation vor Ort und bei der Buchung war TOP! Gerne wieder, aber dann viel länger :-) !!!
