Enjoy a ground floor 1 bedroom that has been completely renovated throughout and very un tastefully decorated with a Mediterranean theme . It has a pull out couch that can accomodate 2 more if needed , and an extra comfy cot if you would rather not share the pull out . Everything in the unit is new and updated to the highest quality . It is literally just steps from the ocean with the most amazing view of the Atlantic where you can watch dolphins play, surfers surf , enjoy fishing right out front or even watch shrimp boats in the morning while you have your coffee on the deck. It has high quality stainless appliances , new luxury vinyl plank throughout, new washer/dryer, and high speed internet. TVs are in the bedroom as well as living room and equipped with netflix, hulu and cable. This is a ground floor that will allow you to go in and out with ease as well as offer the most incredible views around !!Also enjoy the views on the deck while sitting in your directors chairs with a matching table to enjoy your meals or drinks overlooking the ocean and just relaxing .
There is a tennis court and basketball court to enjoy , and designated grilling areas . Topsail Beach and Surf City Towns are minutes away by car , and Historic Downtown Wilmington , and The International Airport are 30 / 40 min away .
Parking is right next to entrance. You will have a smart lock on the door for self check in with your personal code .Across the street you will have a small grocery store packed with all the necessities you will need and the new and improved TIki Bar across is also across the street next to the country store. You can relax with a beer or drink if you prefer , catch the great food truck with delicious food, and many other activities on various days and times. Check out the North End Tiki Bar Website for the most up to date info with dates and times.. The Tiki Bar offers live music from Thursday to Saturday for you to enjoy as well! I am always available to make sure you have an amazing stay ,and am always just a phone call away
As with many oceanfront properties ,we take property maintenance seriously and to protect our oceanfront property from seasonal shoreline changes, sandbags are currently placed along thew lower front perimeter. While visible at ground level, the panoramic ocean views from the unit remain fully unobstructed.and do not obstruct in any way guest access.

We absolutely loved our stay here! It was beautiful, clean, so cozy and homey. It really felt like a home away from home, and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The space was welcoming, relaxing, and even better than we expected. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

I love this property it was great I have never had ocean front the way this property is oceanfront and I mean literally ocean front I seen more and learned more about the ocean being here than I have ever seen before I'm definitely coming back and I am 60 you think I would have known some of the stuff that I have seen on this trip but you learn something new everyday and the host was absolutely great if you need anything she will make sure she gets it to you

We enjoyed our stay very much. Would have liked to know we didn’t have a beach and had to step on sand bags to get on and off decks! I know that wasn’t there fought just would have liked to have seen that in the add. Beautiful place perfect for two people.

Great little place, we loved it! Depending on the tides, the beach right in front may not be accessible most of the day- so especially if you have kids, prepare them that there may be some driving to the beach involved. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay, it was great to wa me to cook our own meals and the full washer and dryer were so helpful with wet suits and towels. We will definitely be back!

I wanted to mention that unless there is a storm brewing which was out there , most of the time especially in the summer you have plenty of sandy beach much of the day and if not you don't need to jump in the car just walk to last building and go to the beach that way . You were awesome guests that we would love to have back anytime !

I have never posted something negative about a guest but your stay was by far something that deserves a response . You were very disrespectful to our place , it was left so dirty that it took 2 days to thoroughly clean . We take great pride in offering the cream of the crop for our guests but as you can now see we were very upset once we saw the condition of how you left us. Please try to respect where you stay in the future .

My property is thoughtfully decorated to make my guests feel like they are staying with friends or family not just walking into a generic rental . I take pride in hosting my guests and going above and beyond in many ways . There is a washer / drier in unit which is very rare and we are on the first floor which is so nice to only have 4 steps .
