A 100 m2 house special for FAMILY 2 hours from Paris in the middle of nature. The house is fully equipped for babies, young and old. Stroller, deckchair, high chair, travel cot available. Many indoor games (books, DVDs, board games, toys) and outdoor games (swing, trampoline, slide, sandpit, log course). 1000 m2 of garden overlooking the forest. A multitude of family activities close to home. Come and spend a stay as if you were at home!

House for 8 people maximum. On the ground floor, there is the equipped kitchen open to the dining room and the living room, a toilet and the garage with bicycles and games available as well as the laundry room. Upstairs, there is a master bedroom with a 160 bed + dressing room, a guest bedroom with a 140 bed, a children's bedroom with 2 single beds + 2 drawer beds and 1 bathroom with toilet. The garden is equipped with a table and chairs for eating outside. There is a barbecue, a swing, a slide, a sandpit, a wooden playhouse for children, a log course... Unobstructed view with no neighbors overlooking the forest as far as the eye can see. You will be guaranteed to see at least one doe during your stay as they are everywhere around the house. This is the house of happiness to do with the family! In the surrounding area: the castle of Guédelon, tree climbing, paintball, escape game, the Lake of the Bumblebee, the Briare canal bridge, the Toucy market, the castle and the show of Saint-Fargeau, natural animal parks, the castle farm, merry-go-round park, horseback riding...
