Great house with great views in a great location. We loved having a full bath for every bedroom. Nice open floor plan that makes it easy to gather as a family. It's an easy, short walk to the beach, we used the heated pool when the ocean was rough. The large closet downstairs crammed full with beach toys and chairs was a surprise bonus. Fully stocked kitchen was comfortable, especially since we cooked most of our meals. Our host, Kristin, was responsive and kind especially as it pertained to the incoming hurricane. She refunded our unused days without question when we had to evacuate. My family loves this property and will keep it in mind for our next trip to the coast.

Kristin was a great host and communicated with me very well. The property was great. Everything was clean and the description of the property was exact. The pool was great and proximity to the beach was also wonderful. Children could move freely between the house and the beach in sight the entire time. There were great restaurants within a 5-10 minute drive. It was perfect for my family. We had a great time and plan to return to Pleasure Key.

Aspectos positivos: Llegada, comunicación y ubicación
The property needs a great deal of TLC. Some balcony doors would not open, need more towels and washcloths, the upstairs vents appear to have black mold, the bedrooms need night-time curtains, the pool needs cleaned, we cleaned the grill and ice chest before using, more silverware is needed, need a light in the outside stairway, the pool doors need to be repaired, the furniture in the downstairs TV area needs cleaned or replaced.

We had a wonderful experience at Pleasure Key! The house was clean, the kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of room for our group of 13. We loved the proximity to the beach and the kids really enjoyed the pool as well. There are many activities and great restaurants in the area. Our host, Kristin, was extremely helpful and very easy to work with. We will definitely be back!

Great stay, quiet beach

The house was great plenty of space, comfy and clean! Also very well stocked first time ever in a VRBO that it had every pot, pan, utensil, and small appliances you may need. The host was great to communicate with and checked on us a couple of times through out our trip. If we were to stay in the area i again this would definitely be a house I would try to rent again
