Charming Northfork Getaway

Newly renovated and charming home in the NorthFork, a short walk to the village of Greenport, vineyards, and the breathtaking 67 Steps beach, among other local attractions. Spend an afternoon or evening entertaining your friends at the home's outdoor oasis complete with a year-round hot tub.

The home features two bedrooms with queen beds. There is also an air mattress / rollaway twin bed if needed.

This is a perfect stay for a small family, two couples or a small group of friends.

Backyard party deck complete with year-round hot tub, enclosed outdoor shower (seasonal), built-in grill, outdoor bar, giant table plus lounge area.

The interior features a beautiful dining/sun room plus state-of-the-art kitchen with stainless steel appliances, washer & dryer, A/C, music sound-system, TV and more.

This home has all the North Fork has to offer for a summer, autumnal or winter getaway.

My family and I had a wonderful time at Adam’s house! We loved the cozy feel, especially with the beautiful deck and backyard—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the nice weather. The location was great too, super close to Greenport downtown, supermarkets, and restaurants. The house was fully stocked, and we especially enjoyed the sunroom—it was such a lovely spot to spend our mornings and evenings. Communication was excellent throughout our stay. The only thing that could’ve made it even better would be a bit of extra cleaning, but overall, everything else was fantastic. We’d definitely recommend this stay!

A great house with a fantastic fenced yard. A short 15 minute walk to the beach and also to the Greenport harbor. Would highly recommend for a family or friends weekend.

Very cozy and lovely home to spend a family vacation. The location is accessible to shopping and beaches. Adam is a great host and easy to communicate with. We really enjoyed the deck and the landscaping. It was a great choice and we highly recommend it.

Cozy stay for a young family of 4

Adam did a great job of communicating and making us feel welcome. The house was full amenities including lots of towels, beach umbrellas and beach towels. The backyard was great.

Lovely and Cozy!

I imagine this spot is a popular one in the summer with its hot tub, nice outdoor space, and proximity to town, beaches, and wineries, but even in December, it proved the perfect cozy spot for a weekend trip. I was worried about privacy in the backyard with close by neighbors, but the layout and landscaping are perfect to keep the hot tub very private. The owner Adam was also very communicative and helpful throughout the process. Would love to come back someday and see the place in the warmer months!

Lovely for a long weekend in Greenport

This property was well equipped for our family of three (including a five year old). Kitchen is fully stocked with lots of dishes and tools, as well as spices and basics. Linens and towels were available and plentiful. Beds were comfy. Good access to Greenport central and easy access for excursions nearby.

Perfection Location for Your Northfork Vacation

We had such a great week at Adam’s house! The house is in walking distance to so many great restaurants & shops in the village of Greenport, only 10 minutes from the town of Southold and more great restaurants and shops, minutes from the Shelter Island ferry and close to so many great wineries! The house itself is clean, comfortable - might be the most comfortable beds of any rental I’ve ever had - with an amazing backyard & deck! Adam was so responsive and so fast to resolve an issue we had with the grill and to answer any questions we had! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Great Stay in Greenport!

Just returned from a great stay at Adam's place in Greenport! Everything was exactly as described and the house was very clean and comfortable. Adam was very friendly and great to deal. The entire house was great but as noted in earlier reviews, the deck/outdoor space was the highlight! Adam also had bikes available which made for a quick and easy ride into town. Felt more like staying at a friend's house than a rental. Had a great couple of days and would definitely return.

Perfect place for our weekend getaway

A friend & I stayed at Adam's place for a short weekend away from the city in the off-season. The place was exactly as described and everything that we needed - especially the Hot Tub! Perfect on a chilly evening ;) Adam was a delight to communicate with and very accommodating when we had an unexpected issue arise. I would 100% go back!

Great House, Yard, and close to everything!

We loved our stay here. Such a nice house and it was so close to Greenport’d downtown, beaches, and the Shelter Island Ferry. The back yard was such a great place for the kids too!

Beautiful place, great location

We loved our stay in Greenport for a long weekend! The back yard is undersold in the photos. It’s a gorgeous oasis and great place to relax, the hot tub was amazing. Adam was very responsive and made sure we got in okay and didn’t have any issues. We are already planning our next trip back!

North fork getaway

Adams property is a great place to explore the north fork, very close to Greenport and the wineries. Clean, comfortable and very well equipped. A lovely deck area for eating and grilling, plus a hot tub. Excellent property in a quiet area. Highly recommend.

Second time

This was my second time renting from Adam. The house is in such a great location, the back porch is amazing and I love a hot tub. The new addition to the downstairs allowed us to have more people this time which was great. Adam is a great host, very responsive and checking in/out is super simple.

Outdoor oasis

This property has everything you need to visit and enjoy the north fork. Great location, proximity to Greenport, groceries, and wineries. The house is fully equipped and very comfortable. The backyard was amazing, only wish we were able to enjoy it in warmer weather...but the hot tub warmed us up :) Highly recommend.

Anniversary getaway

We had a fantastic time staying in Greenport. Adams house was very comfortable and close to town. We went wine tasting and ate fantastic food, shopped around town, and enjoyed the beaches. Would definitely recommend a stay for a long weekend! Just enough to do without sacrificing time to relax.

Wine country escape

The property was ideal for those seeking a quiet, comfortable getaway stay. Kitchen is well-stocked and perfect for those wanting to stay and prepare their own meals. The beds are high-quality and the hot tub clean and well-maintained. The living-room sofa was a little uncomfortable sitting and watching TV. Adam was available and more than willing to provide information. Greenport is a quiet little seaside community.
