New and independent housing consisting of:
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds + table + TV
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds + table + TV
- 1 kitchenette to prepare breakfast and simple meals (small fridge, hob, sink, microwave)
- 1 bathroom with walk-in shower
- 1 private toilet
- Private parking spaces
- Garage for collector's cars/races at an additional cost.

Independent exterior entrance for each room.
