🏡 Forest house, located in Parigné-l'Évêque (72250), just 15 minutes from the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit, 10 minutes from the motorway, and 5 minutes from the center of Parigné-l'Évêque with all amenities, our house offers you a unique setting. Enjoy the absolute tranquility of forest accommodation. Accessible by car via a communal forest road followed by a private road. 🌲 The accommodation: This house, self-sufficient in electricity (solar), welcomes you in a warm and relaxing atmosphere. It includes: 2 bedrooms with double beds, 1 sofa bed in the living room, ideally accommodating 4 people in total, maximum 5-6 people. A living/dining area with an extendable table seating up to 6 people, a TV, a bookcase with available books, a JBL speaker, and a cupboard with numerous games. A fully equipped kitchen with a gas hob and oven, fridge/freezer, kettle, and gas coffee maker (cooking utensils, salt, pepper, olive oil, vinegar, tea, and coffee are provided). A bathroom with shower/WC (soap provided upon arrival, toilet paper available). Baby equipment is available upon request. 🌿 Outdoor setting: A fully fenced natural pond, ideal for Relaxing moments. Garden furniture, outdoor dining area. Forest trails accessible directly from the house. No disturbances – just nature. Independent house located 10 meters from ours on the same property. It has a private terrace with no overlooking neighbors, offering an unobstructed view of the pond and the forest. Owners available at any time. Free private parking. Sheets, towels, and a dish towel are provided upon request. Energy self-sufficiency, no No microwave, but a kettle on the stove and a moka pot are available. The use of high-consumption appliances, such as hair dryers or irons, is not permitted. No pets allowed. Small dog and cat on site.
