We book this home every fall for a bass tournament. I absolutely love the layout. The kitchen is efficient and fully stocked. Bedrooms are spacious and the layout makes them quiet and cozy. The back porch and boat house add to the charm. While the guys are out fishing the rest of the family enjoys the spacious backyard right on the water. I rent a lot of properties throughout the tournament season. This is one of the best. Jessica is so easy to deal with and accommodating in every way.

Property was in great condition. Boat house was great with plenty of power outlets for charging the boats. The driveway is a little tough to get into with a new construction house on the non-lake side of the property. However very manageable. Great deal!

Very nice house. Anything you could ever need was provided. Just a few steps to enter house or reach the boat house and beautiful lake. Nice flat lot.Very tight parking but doable. Many nice touches all over the house.Bed was very luxurious. All in all a great house. I guess that's why it's booked solid for the next couple years!

This was very enjoyable. The pier, deck and patio were very attractive and the location let you see the water and play or relax while enjoying the view. The bedrooms and kitchen area were great garage was appreciated. Small little cul-de-sac so not a lot of traffic on your road. It was a fun and peaceful getaway. I would recommend it to anybody who wanted to enjoy Lake Guntersville.
