Spend your days swimming, kayaking, canoeing, or boating from the private dock just 175 feet from the back door. In the evenings, gather around the fire pit, grill out, or sip drinks while watching the water and wildlife.
The home sits on a gently sloping half-acre lot with 100 feet of shoreline in a quiet cove, just minutes from the main channel. You’ll also have access to a private, gated neighborhood boat ramp and community dock.
