It is a perfect home for your family vacation. Kitchen has fridge, oven, microwave, and anything you need for family meals preparations. Coffee maker and bread toaster are also provided. Open floor plan for kitchen-living enhances family togetherness.

It is also place for your relaxation and getaway. Rightsized, neat, and quiet bedrooms have window ACs and heats. Locating at third floor facing south east, a private covered deck provides family gathering space with ocean in sight and from there family and friends can enjoy Friday night firework during summer season together.

One free parking in condo's parking lot. The parking space can accommodate a standard car, SUV, or standard-size pickup truck. Oversized vehicles may not fit(no more than 18 feet in length).

Please note that the condo is located on the third floor, and the main entrance and fire escape stairways in the parking lot are narrow.

You need to bring your own bedsheets, pillow case cover and towels.

Neighborhood Note:
Please note that a neighbor who lives on a different floor has a large dog. The dog is not outside all the time, but guests may occasionally see or hear him in the parking lot. While many guests enjoy dogs, some visitors—especially those who are not accustomed to larger dogs—may feel uneasy. We want to provide this information in advance so guests can make an informed decision and know what to expect during their stay.
