Perfect space for our family

May not be updated with the latest and greatest but it sure does provide exactly what is needed for a week long family beach vacation (especially with a toddler).

Great size and location for us.

Overall we were very happy with the unit. The unit and building are a bit dated, but the condo was clean and had a well-equipped kitchen. Internet was spotty so would have been hard to work from there, but we were at the beach or pool most of the time so it was not a big issue for us. Having 3 bedrooms was really nice and beds were comfortable. Super close to the elevator and stairs and had direct beach access. We picked this spot because we could enjoy the attractions of MB, but not be right in the heart of them and it was perfect for that.

Great 4 day stay

We had a great vacation at this condo. It was clean and very comfortable. Had a good view of the ocean. Parking was convenient being close to the elevator. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a girls weekend to just get away. We all are front line workers and wanted a break. This place was as described and met our needs perfectly.

Working to clean it before vacation even started

Once we were able to check in (3:45pm, so 15 minutes early), we quickly brought our bags up ready to unpack for a relaxing family vacation. Once inside, we realized the beds were stripped. So, we had to call and ask for linens. We received a blue bag with sheets, 1 pillowcase per bed, and “starter toilet paper” with a note telling us we needed to buy more. That was not listed anywhere in the description. After we made our own beds, we realized that the master didn’t even have a quilt, so we got to sleep with just a sheet and small blanket that I assume was for the pull out couch. We were then “ready to start vacation” only to realize that all of the dishes were dirty. So, once again, instead of enjoying the beach, we were cleaning. We realized that there were more pillows than pillowcases, so I called and asked for more pillowcases, to which the response was, “you should just sleep on the pillows without cases” (whoever the owner is of this place, you should know that is what is being done with your pillows- gross). The next day we saw gnats and roaches in our rooms, and when I called to ask for more sheets because my son had spilled something on his bed, I got a very snide, “You need to walk across the street and pick them up if you want them.” Management was terrible to deal with, policies were not communicated, and messages on Vrbo were answered the next day at best. The description in the “more info” did not match the description on the main page. I have screenshots to verify. The communication was very poor and they would send you in circles with bad links when asking for help (I have more screenshots of that). This was my first Vrbo stay. It will also be my last. The fees were outrageous, and the company did not abide by what looked like vrbo’s rules of communication. I will never stay here again. It was not a relaxing vacation at all.
