The first floor apartment features a newly renovated, bright and cheery kitchen with smooth top range, microwave, and dishwasher. A breakfast bar with seating opens to a comfortable living room which has plenty of room for relaxing and gathering. The two bedrooms in this apartment share a newly renovated bathroom with tub and shower. The second floor apartment has a separate entrance and features two generously-sized bedrooms that share a bathroom with tub and shower. The eat-in kitchen has an updated range and dishwasher and opens to a living room with a flat screen television. Both levels have air conditioning units in the bedrooms and living rooms for comfort. For a turnkey vacation experience, the listed price includes checkout cleaning and linens for the occupancy of the property. Commercially laundered linens are provided, including sheets, duvets with fresh covers, and one towel set (bath towel, hand towel, facecloth) per guest, plus bathmats and kitchen towels. Beach towels are not included unless otherwise noted. Stays over one week may incur an additional linen charge.
