Village house of 160 sq.m with panoramic terrace, ideally located between Carcassonne and Lagrasse in the heart of the Corbières vineyards and the Cathar Country.
Welcome to the Taurillou gite!

Located in the heart of the peaceful little village of Taurize, this 160 m² village house on 3 levels can accommodate up to 10 people.
The recent renovation of this old village house was done so that you feel at home while retaining the rustic charm and warmth of the old.

It has 3 bedrooms on the first floor, including a master suite with private bathroom (shower and toilets), a double bedroom as well as a dormitory bedroom with 6 single beds, 2 of which on the mezzanine can be converted into a King size bed, an additional bathroom with toilets, a dressing room where you can store your luggage, as well as a warm lounge.

On the ground floor, you access from the entrance into a large living room with open and functional kitchen. There is also an additional bathroom (shower and toilets).

Finally, on the 2nd floor, you will access the summer kitchen and its cosy lounge and a superb panoramic terrace overlooking the village and the surrounding hills. Get ready to enjoy magnificent starry skies.

Lake Tulipière located 1.5 km away and accessible by road or along trails, will delight you for wild swimming in a bucolic setting. Many other water points are also accessible within a reasonable distance.

Everything in the Taurillou gite has been designed with the greatest care and attention to detail for your comfort. We are at your complete disposal to meet your additional needs.

Plein les mirettes, plein les papilles mais surtout plein le coeur

Tout simplement génial. Tout commence par un panier d'accueil digne de ce nom ! On peut arriver les mains dans les poches...il ne manquait rien de rien (linges, produit vaisselle, pastilles vaisselles, lessive, matériel de cusine,...j'en passe et des meilleurs !). On est à cent milles lieux des prestations AirBnB !!! et le proprio et son épouse...génialissime ! Un p'tit village ou règne le calme et des locaux super. Ca faisait longtemps que nous n'avions pas passé de si belles vacances
