Holiday villa close to the beach with large pool area *salt water* (not heated), private tennis court, external table tennis table, whirlpool, sauna and outdoor kitchen.

The holiday home in Denia, which is only 250 m from the sandy beach, was renovated in 2012 and, thanks to its size and equipment, is ideal as your next holiday home for a wonderful holiday. Here you can relax with your family or friends in the pool with integrated loungers, relax in the large, warm jacuzzi with color and aromatherapy with a glass of red wine or a cool beer, or enjoy the warmth of the infrared sauna. Or you can play a bit of tennis, table tennis, football or basketball with your loved ones. Afterwards you can grill or cook in your large outdoor kitchen and enjoy the meal together outside under the warm Spanish sun while the children or friends sit in the porch swing or play with the children's toys (motorcycle or bicycle).

Information about the house:

The house itself impresses with its two independent apartments, which each have their own terrace, large kitchen and living room and are connected by an outside staircase.

We have a total of five bedrooms and six bathrooms (three bathrooms en suite, one shower room and two guest toilets) for you, as well as two kitchens and two living rooms (some with a view of the pool and outdoor area).

You live here in two separate residential units with many terraces. The windows are double-glazed and fitted with fly screens (mosquitoes) and shutters. You have air conditioning cold/warm in every bedroom.

You reach the upper apartment via a staircase and immediately enter the living room with an open, purple-colored kitchen with a fridge. Here is a sofa set consisting of two sofas (2 and 3 seater) with a purple cabinet and a higher-hanging plasma TV. In the purple-grey kitchen you cook with 3 induction hobs and find a higher oven, a stainless steel extractor hood and a microwave. This unit has the following beds: a double bed (160x200cm), two single beds put together with real wood bedside cabinets and chest of drawers, and another bed (150x190cm) in blue. Next to the kitchen there is a pantry and storage room. The master bedroom has a bathroom en suite (with bath, shower, pool view, bidet, toilet) and a small walk-in closet. The other two bedrooms share a shower room with bidet, toilet and pool view. A guest bathroom is also available.

In the lower apartment there is an open American kitchen with ceramic hob - induction and oven, a Bosch dishwasher, as well as a large Bosch fridge with freezer again. We have installed a high-quality water filtration system so that you can drink the filtered water without any problems.

In this unit below there are two bedrooms, each with bathroom en suite. Both bedrooms have a bed of 160x200cm and a bathroom en suite with shower and bidet, toilet and window.

Through the living and dining room you reach the pool area. In the living room there is also a large sofa set in white imitation leather and gray fabric. There is also a guest toilet downstairs.

Outside on the almost 1400 m2 plot there is a large jacuzzi, a private pool with sun terrace and sunshades, as well as an outdoor kitchen for grilling (gas grill) and cooking with a bar, an outdoor shower (hot/cold) and a new, small but modern outdoor bathroom Bosch washing machine and a private (smaller) tennis court with soccer goals and a basketball hoop. Next to the house is a high-quality external table tennis board.

Park:

There are two garages available.
In addition, two more cars can park in front of the garage - so no problem for up to 4 or 5 cars to park on the property.

Sauna, jacuzzi and relaxation chill-out corner:

You can also enjoy our infrared sauna with color therapy and integrated radio. The sauna is ideal for treating tension and back and neck pain. The large jacuzzi offers space for up to 5 people, has air bubbles, massage (special neck massage function), 1 lounger and 5 seats, underwater color therapy, music connection and aromatherapy.
Next to the large chill-out corner is the sauna. The relaxation corner invites you to relax with large mattresses.

You can relax and enjoy your holiday here to the fullest! In the autumn or winter months, go to the sauna, then briefly into the pool and then into the warm whirlpool, which will knead you again. Or you can order your private masseur, who will be happy to massage you at your pool for EUR 30/h. A SPA feeling that you deserve. We are looking forward to your visit!!!

Electricity: 105 kw/week included; additional consumption 40 cents/kwh (so you have an overview of your electricity costs and turn on your air conditioning, for example, as you wish). These costs will be deducted from the deposit at the end of the rental period if you have consumed more than 105 kw/h per week. With a longer rental, especially in winter, the electricity is completely exclusive.

You are only a five-minute walk (200 m) from the sandy beach of Las Marinas (Denia) and only 150 meters from restaurants and shops. The bus takes you every few minutes (in summer, otherwise every 30-90 minutes) to the town which is 5 km away and can be reached in 10 minutes.

The day of arrival is arbitrary after consultation. The rental price can be negotiated for a stay of several weeks.
