Located 8 lots from the public beach access, Sea 2 Sea allows walkability to the beach and features a private backyard pool when you're ready to get out of the sand.

This 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom design (2 Kings, 1 Queen, 1 Set of Bunks (Twin over Double), Daybed (x2 Twins), Mini Crib & Standard Crib) is an inverted open floor plan to allow the best views when enjoying the inside of the home. Enjoy hardwood throughout the top floor, cooking in the kitchen equipped with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, and then dine at the table with seating for twelve.

Choose your spot to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at night on the front porch with balcony views of the ocean or on the back deck which offers views of the quiet OKI woodlands.

Located near Middleton Avenue, enjoy easy access to Lowes Foods or Publix just minutes away or a quick dash over to the Beach Pantry to grab any last minute items before heading to the beach.

The house was amazingly well stocked especially for young children. The description was exactly as we found the house and the walk to the beach was very easy with a baby and a five-year-old. Brian was great to deal with and very communicative with any issues. I would highly recommend this house, especially if you have any babies or young children. We had a great time and got to see a turtle nest boil and watched four turtle nest excavations Oak Island was an amazing family experience for the two weeks that we spent there.

We had a beautiful week at the Sea 2 Sea home! This house has everything we needed including cribs and high chairs, for our multi generation family vacation. The location was perfect to enjoy the beach and the pool was a perfect way to end a day. The kitchen was well equipped for our cooking needs. There were lots of games to keep the kids busy.

The air conditioning on the first floor went out the day we moved in, but the owner, Brian, worked quickly to have window units installed and seek repair of the air conditioner. He was very supportive and prompt to answer our questions. We appreciated his help and diligence.

The house was perfect for our group of 9. The kids spent all their time in the pool, having pool towels provided was a bonus so that was 1 less thing we had to worry about packing. Plenty of cookware/bake ware so preparing meals for our large family was an easy task. Close proximity to the beach just a short walk. Communication with the host was excellent- the morning after we checked in we noticed an issue with the downstairs A/C, contacted the host who responded within 30 minutes and he scheduled a technician to be there the same day to take care of the problem. There are lots of steps to navigate so if anyone in your group has mobility issues just be mindful of that when booking. Overall 10 out of 10 we would definitely book again!

A perfect family vacation

We enjoyed our week at this beautiful property. It was a short walk to the beach just as stated. The pool was wonderful. The sunsets were gorgeous. The house and kitchen were well equipped. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice spot

Our family enjoyed the stay at this home. Everything was as advertised. The pool was nice and the location was great. The home was very clean and the kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed.

We loved the location of the house, close to the beach. The house was large enough for a family dinner, kitchen was well equipped. We had fun playing foosball. The house was really clean. Having the main bedroom on the 2nd floor and the other bedrooms on the 1st floor was great nice for some privacy.

The house setup suited our family of seven adults perfectly. The kitchen was well stocked and large enough for our cooks. The couch was very large as well so we could all sit comfortably together. The pool was a great choice for our family to hang out and to get out of the sun when we needed to cool off. We’ll definitely bookmark this property for future family vacations.

Very clean and spacious for our family of 11! Plenty to do for all age ranges. Our host was very communicative and fast to help when an issue (on our part not his) occurred. Very short walk to the beach and the kids LOVED having the pool… especially for night swimming! 10/10 would book again!

We had a group of five adults and the house was perfect for our stay. We enjoyed the fooseball table. Thus house had something for everyone.
