Séjour compliqué

Endroit calme, grand avec beaucoup de charme. Les moins : douche vétuste, utilisation de l’eau compliquée, pas voir peu de pression d’eau pour prendre les douches (week-end très chaud 40 degrés), mobilier de jardin sale donc pas utilisable (patios et terrasse). Pour l’utilisation de l’eau cela devrait être indiqué dans l’annonce de location.

Bonjour Louisette Je suis désolé pour ce désagrément, vous n'avez pas repris contact auprès de Sandrine, la gestionnaire du gîte qui pensait que le problème était réglé. C'est dommage, elle aurait pu faire intervenir le plombier dès le lundi pour vous assurer une bonne fin de séjour. Sachez que ce problème ponctuel de pression est réglé et que nous avons à cœur d'être réactif pour régler les problèmes rencontrés par nos hôtes. J'espère que vous avez fait un bon retour dans votre région, Franck le propriétaire
