About Ann Evans
My husband and I moved to Isle of Palms in 1996 to raise our two kids and absolutely love the island. I am a local real estate agent and my husband owns and operates the web site wwwCoastalHomePlans.com. I have been a member of the Island Turtle Team saving the Loggerhead turtles since 1999.
Ann Evans purchased this Condo in 2006
Why Ann Evans chose Isle of Palms
This condo on Isle of Palms is perfect for anyone visiting the Isle of Palms and the Charleston area as a whole. We bought the property and since we have owned it the entire condo has been redone. Most recently the kitchen has been upgraded with new cabinets, all new appliances, and granite countertops. The bathroom was totally gutted and redone. The tub is all ceramic tile to the ceiling and the floors are ceramic tile too. The bedroom has all new furniture and new carpet every year. The entire condo is ceramic tile throughout and all new fixtures. If you are coming on vacation this is the perfect spot. In the condo complex it's in "Ocean Inn" - some folks say ours is the nicest unit in both buildings. Come stay with us you will love it!!
What makes this Condo unique
Talk about Island benefits. From this condo you can not only walk to the beach 1/2 block, multiple restaurants and shops but the Isle of Palms Marina is 2 miles away. From the Marina you can have lunch, rent a boat, jet skis, paddle boards, kayaks, or go on a parasailing or fishing adventure. On top of that the condo is a 20 minute ride to Downtown Charleston ranked the #1 City in the country and the world in 2014 and 2015. Huge bonus for anyone coming to visit. There are over 2000 Antebellum homes downtown Charleston, too many restaurants to count, historic carriage tours, walking tours, ghost tours, minor league baseball "Riverdogs" co-owned by Bill Murray, Waterfront park all along Charleston Harbor. Be sure to come for enough time to get a great taste of the Charleston area. Can't wait to have you stay.

Great place and great location. Has everything you need for a fun beach trip. Would definitely stay here again.
This property is a perfect getaway location. Well furnished and stocked with everything you would need for a vacation. All aspects of the property were well maintained and fresh. The property is located in a two building complex a block from the beach which makes it slightly tucked away for a quieter stay. Convenient to the island grocery store and several restaurants.
Clean, well maintained, great location!
This is a great condo that is less than a 10 minute walk to the beach. It was super handy to have beach towels and chairs supplied as we did not bring any with us. The owners left us a bottle of wine and a binder with great recommendations of things to do and places to eat on and near the Isle of Palms. The weather was perfect for our stay, so it was a very enjoyable get away!
Nice clean unit, quiet area and 5 min walk to beach, restaurants and bars.
Ann was a great host, very attentive. Unit has nice decor, we appointed kitchen, nice sitting area and good sized bedroom. Beach chairs and towels were an added bonus. I enjoyed my stay.
Very nice updated condo with easy beach access!
Restaurant and activity suggestions were great! Driving into Charleston was easy.
Fine apt in an excellent location near the beach
Pros: Excellent stay for 2 days.
Apartment was fine and ready for us, with a thoughtful welcoming gift. Very well maintained.
Location was superb. Five minute walk to the beach and 2-5 minute walk to two excellent restaurants and two bars. Two other fine places to eat were within 5 minutes by car.
The golf resort was only 10 minutes way; Charlestown was only 30 minutes away
Cons: While we were there during a quiet week, the public parking lot nearby looks like it could get quite busy.
We will definitely come back.
