Emplacement ideal en face de la plage. A 15 minutes à pied du centre ville. Marché du parc à 5 minutes à pied.Appartement comme neuf, très très bien équipé, et même nombreux jeux de plage et de société à disposition. Nous avons adoré la grande terrasse qui permettait à nos enfants (1 an et 4 ans) de bien jouer et profiter des repas en extérieur. Malgré les fortes températures, et l'absence de clim, nous n'avons pas souffert de la chaleur grâce à cet appartement semi enterré.Bonne literie. Les 2 salles de bain sont un vrai plus. Les chambres donnant sur la rue sont un petit peu bruyantes jusque minuit (route animations musicales au loin) mais on s'y est très vite fait et cela n'a pas gêné les enfants.La chambre du fond est sans fenêtre.Parking en box dans la residence mais aussi tres facile de se garer dans la rue gratuitement, même au mois d'août !Bref, nous recommandons pleinement cet appartement !

Nous sommes venus passer noël à Royan en famille, nous etions très bien installés, Royan est très vivant même l'hiver, le marché de noël est sympa, nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Parfait

Grâce à cet appartement joliment aménagé nous avons passé d’agréables vacances car le beau temps n’était pas au rendez-vous. Tout y est pour être confortablement installé. Les 2 salles d’eau sont un vrai plus et la literie de la chambre parentale très confortable. La cuisine ne manque de rien, beaucoup de vaisselle et d’ustensiles. Nous reviendrons certainement.
