Cocoonr Agency offers you, in the heart of the 6th arrondissement, a splendid 63 m² apartment on the second floor, without elevator.

The apartment is composed as follows:
- A living room with sofa, armchair, coffee table and TV
- Open kitchen with oven, Nespresso machine, toaster, microwave.... A central island with hob for dining (high bar chairs)
- A large room used as an office with a sofa-bed
- A bright bedroom with a 140x190 bed, overlooking the inner courtyard, and a small office area and closet.
- A bedroom with a 160x200 bed and a closet overlooking the street
- Bathroom with washbasin, walk-in shower and washing machine
- Separate WC

Neighbourhood :
A district renowned for its shopping (delicatessen, market, restaurants, butcher's, delicatessen, etc.) and residential life. You'll also find the former Gare des Brotteaux, renowned for its nightlife, restaurants (including one of Paul Bocuse's brasseries, L'Est) and festive bars.

Oh my Gone "Wonderful appartment, located in (personal opinion) the best area of Lyon (quiet but still full of life, restaurants and shops, very well connected via underground). The appartment is greatly equipped (specifically the kitchen, which is great for people who like cooking especially as the apartment is close to the amazing Halles Paul Bocuse for prime ingredients, or for long stays: there is everything you need). It is clean, cosy, has great beds,; the apartment is well conceived (which makes it seem larger than the actual square footage). Both bedrooms are well protected from the light for a seamless sleep. Highly recommended!"

week-end lyonnais détente

Appartement idéalement situé dans Part Dieu,à 10min à pied du parc de la tête d'or ou des halles Bocuse,à 15min à pieds+métro de la place Bellecourt. On a pu profiter de Lyon sans voiture le week-end ce qui n'est pas négligeable. Seul bémol, prévenez les clients que le quartier est soumis à la vignette Crit'air.Nous n'y sommes pas soumis dans notre campagne et n'en avons pas donc j'espère ne pas recevoir de PV à cause de ça.

Oh my Gone Quand nous sommes arrivés, une personne était sur place pour nous recevoir et nous donner des instructions . A partir de l’entrée pour monter à l’appartement qui est au deuxième , c’est mal éclairer et même que ma conjointe avant un peu peur de monter jusqu’à l’appartement.le chauffage était insuffisant et même bloqué a 19 degrés après plusieurs heures après notre texto , nous avons su qu’il fallait débloquer le chauffage.Meme a ça c’était toujours froid. Télévision compliquée à faire fonctionner .J’ai demandé à la personne sur place si le code sur la clé était le code pour la porte en bas .Elle m’a dit oui.Quand nous sommes parti faire des courses le même soir ‘le code sur la clé ne correspondait pas au code de la porte pour entrée dans l’immeuble. Une chance qu’après environ une heure à attendre un retour de texto que quelqu’un est sorti et nous a donner le bon code .la personne qui nous a répondu par texto 2hrs30 plus tard était sur la route .je ne recommande pas cet endroit
