Entire Lake Villa Home!

Welcome to our fully remodeled and beautifully furnished four bedroom home! Conveniently located within a short drive of shopping, restaurants, and fun activities, you'll find everything you need within a 10-15 minute ride. Our home is just a 15 minute drive from Fox Lake in one direction and Six Flags in the other, so you'll have plenty of opportunities for adventure and excitement during your stay.

Inside our home, you'll find stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors, and a cozy fireplace to enjoy. The first floor features a living and dining room, while the kitchen and TV room are located just beyond. Step outside onto the large deck in the backyard to relax and unwind. Upstairs, you'll find four bedrooms and two full bathrooms, providing plenty of space for friends and family.

As our guests, you'll have exclusive access to the entire house. Plus, with included access to Netflix and Disney Plus, you'll have plenty of entertainment options at your fingertips. Please note that we do not allow grilling on the deck (only on the tiles to the left of the house), smoking, or pets. We also request that shoes are not worn inside the home to protect our floors.

Finally, we kindly ask that you be considerate of our cleaning ladies by not leaving excessive messes for them to clean up. Most importantly, we hope you have a wonderful time in our home and don't hesitate to contact us if you need anything at all. Thank you for choosing to stay with us!

The space
When you enter this spacious home you will find that on your right there will be a living room and dining room equipped with a fireplace and comfy couches. When you take a few steps forward past through the hallway you will be greeted with a furnished kitchen and tv room. Right past the kitchen will be the back yard with a huge deck for you to relax and tan on. Upstairs you will find 4 bedrooms and two full bathrooms.

Guest access
Guests can enter through the front door using the pin code provided. Guests can park in the driveway and in the street. Guests can also enter and exit through the backdoor on the deck.

Other things to note:
No smoking
No pets
No Grilling on the deck! (Only on the tiles to the left of the house)
Preferred if shoes are not worn in the home

Please be mindful of our cleaning ladies. They work hard as it is. Please be considerate and do not leave grand amounts of messes for them.

the property was located in a great area for my wife and I so that is what we really loved. I think once they finish fixing up the property it will be very nice. You could tell they are still working on most of the rooms.

Clean and Convienent

Stayed the weekend with my family while visiting and found this little gem. Great location for our needs, lots of room and super easy checkin. Even comes with foosball and ping pong in the basement!

Nice owners great location for is

We stayed over the weekend to attend family events. The location is very near where we needed it to be. If you are here to go to Six Flags or Great Lakes Naval Base. You should be good as it’s about 20 minutes out. Quiet neighborhood

Big place

We came for my son’s graduation from Navy boot camp. The house was very spacious and was nice for our group. The back deck was amazing to sit and relax. The kids loved the games in the basement. It’s close to everything so you won’t have a long trip unless you head to Chicago, which is only an hour or so away. Overall everything was great and I recommend this property. Sina was a great host and easy to contact if needed. Rent this place and your family will have a blast

Owner great at communicating,

Positives were Great backyard, and lots of space for people. The owner was great at responding. There was issues with things being cleaned properly but that was because of new cleaners. Owner was informed and making necessary adjustments. Located close to everything that you would need for your stay. Inside is dated but functional

This house has plenty of space including a huge outdoor deck. It’s not fancy and could use a few updates, but it had everything we needed. The water pressure is great and you get hot water quickly. There’s also a nature preserve and park with a great walking path just a block away. The basement has two foosball tables. There was also a ping pong table on its side against the wall. If you want to be able to use that, I’m sure you could ask the manager to have it set up when you arrive. The communication was very good.

Nightmare

After repeatedly asking for the password to get into the home, we finally received the password about 4 hours before arriving. They then told us we had to wait to get in 2 hours before we could get in around 6pm. When we arrived we encountered flies , centipedes and a mouse in the house. We immediately left. We requested our money back. The homeowner refused to give all of our money back. I had to call vrbo to get all of our money back. We will never stay there again.. Thank you vrbo.

Weekend Stay 18-20 June

Pros: Deck is huge and beautiful Beds are nice Nice dining area Sufficient Plates, quarter plates, bows, forks Cons: (Mostly attention to detail, majority easily fixable) Cant play TT on TT table shown in pic (too cramped with 2 fuseball tables around it) Deck not ready for barefeet. Fridge noisy and leaked water in the lower freezer and outside, icemaker does not work (had a bag of ice in the freezer) Dishwasher is clunky but works one bedroom fan makes too much noise to sleep No skillet, pot for tea, kettle, sugar. Inadequate cups, spoons, hand towels, napkins, even for 5 guys

Fantastic

Our experience was excellent. This is a newly remodeled/flipped home that is super modern. We stayed with our 6 children for our sons boot camp graduation. This property is about 20 minutes from the Navy base. It has a Walmart, Meijer's ect within 5 minutes away, yet you don’t feel that close to anything. The host had excellent communication and called upon check in and during the stay. He was super accommodating and available by text as well. House is very clean, safe and in a great neighborhood. Deck is HUGE I wish we could of enjoyed it more….. but it was cold. There is a grill area on tiles off to the side that is pretty cool and garbage cans on the side of house. Only note would be there is no cable but they have Netflix and Disney plus. But this was of little issue for us. Kids really enjoyed the ping pong and foosball table in basement as well. House has washer and dryer and all modern appliances for your use! We will definitely use this house again for our naval graduations as we have 3 more children looking to enlist! Great experience, great communication and definitely had a nice stay!

Very disappointing

The listing said the home was recently renovated - which evidently must have been new granite counters. The rest of the house had not been touched for years. As evidenced by well worn, scratched wall paint. The stove and dishwasher had at least an inch between their sides and the cabinets. There was ONE dishwasher pod,and ONE roll of paper towels for our one week stay. NO bath soap. The listing included a washer, dryer and game room. When asked about it the owner said those hadn't been available for months. Most inconvenient was the lack of a garage door opener. One of us had to unlock the front door, go into the garage, and open the garage door from the inside. Then get into the car, leave the garage and go back inside to close the garage and come back outside and leave. The house was poorly cleaned. Would definitely not recommend.

Good family trip

Owner was very helpful. Quick response on a question and actually called us to make sure all was ok when we got there. Nice size home for a family. We visited my son who is in A school at the Navy base. Not a bad drive to and from. Close to the big mall and lots to do close by.
