Beachside Condo with Ocean Views from the Balcony and Steps to the Beach!

The Space:
Wake up to beautiful sunrises over the Atlantic Ocean. Relax by the pool or on the beach. Spend your day swimming in either the gated pool or the ocean. Take a run on the beach or use the community exercise facility. Play tennis on the community courts. Spend part of the day exploring shops and restaurants on foot or rent a fun electric scooter! End your day on the balcony with breathtaking sunsets over the Banana River.

Spacious living room opens on to balcony that provides views of both the ocean and the river. Large master suite with king sized bed, tv, walk-in closet and walk-in shower. Split bedroom floor plan. Second bedroom has two twin size beds. Washer and dryer in unit for added convenience!

Amenities include Community Pool, Private Beach Access, Clubhouse with Exercise Facility, Tennis and Car Wash Area. Complex is convenient to local restaurants, shops and local grocery store.

Very nice place. Super quiet, excellent view of fireworks on the 4th of July. Across the street from grocery store and restaurants. Very well appointed. It has everything.
