これは、ビーチへのプライベートゲートを備えたビーチフロントユニットです。建物の前にあるプール。 2つの駐車スペースがあります。地下またはそれ以上に駐車することもできます。

ダイニングエリアとリビングルームからは海と30フィートのバルコニーがあり、座席が備わっています。リビングルームには、ネイビーブルーの怠zyな男の子用寝台ソファ、白い革製リクライニングチェア、50インチのフラットスクリーンテレビがあります。ダイニングエリアには、4つの椅子と追加の（2）バースツール（クローゼットの中に2つの折りたたみ椅子）が付いたガラステーブルがあります。キッチンには新しい電化製品が完備されており、フルサイズの洗濯機/乾燥機が備わっています。

Wonderful beach stay for a family

Our whole family stayed here and had a great time. Beautiful view and access to the beach. Host was nice and very responsive. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Holiday Vacation

We woke up to lovely sunrises over the ocean. Restaurants were just around the corner. Our family loved this renovated condo on the beach!

Good location

I was disappointed that we were told to run dishwasher, dry them and put them away. We always start dishwasher before leaving but to dry and put away, take out all trash, start a load of laundry and be out by 10:00 am plus pay cleaning fee is a bit much. I don’t mind the other things but unload and put away is over the top. Other than that it was a nice condo.

Great Location and Comfortable

This was a perfect location for walking to restaurants and getting to the beach quickly. The beds were super comfy and there was more than enough room for our family of 4. The owner was super responsive and we had a fantastic stay! Would definitely stay here again!

Great condo. Beautiful ocean sounds.

The condo was clean and extremely well stocked. Everything you need is there. The location was perfect for walking to the beach or around the corner for food. The balcony was our favorite hang out spot!

Perfect Beach location

We had a great stay in this condo. The condo itself is very updated and clean. And the view of the ocean is fantastic. Being next door to beach bars/restaurants was also very convenient. Many other restaurants and coffee nearby. Having beach chairs and other things for the beach was also very appreciated. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Lovely Ocean Front Condo

Beautiful condo right on the ocean. Updated, very clean, kitchen and bath had everything you needed. The beds are super comfortable. The patio is very spacious overlooking the ocean. Marissa was very accommodating and communicated very well. We would definitely rent this condo again!

Wonderful

This place was very clean, and direct beach front access through a private gate. along with lifeguards present. It was close to everything. Nicely furnished and equipped for our family. We all loved it and want to come back next time.

Location!

This place has the location all wrapped up. From the deck, you look directly into the Atlantic Ocean! You can take a few short steps out and be on the beach. Play in the surf and watch the ships sail by my. Very comfortable bed and nice furnishings. Located right in the middle of everything you need!

Fabulous Vacation Spot

We traveled to Cocoa beach for the holidays and after staying there I'd love to live there. Especially in this condo. It was very well maintained, clean and comfortable. Marisa was so easy to get in contact with when needed, which wasn't often since everything was ready to go when we got there. I would highly recommend this place.

Spring trip

The individual unit was perfect. Roomy, clean, overall excellent. The complex itself is in need of some updating and repairs, but judging by the construction equipment and noise was in the process of receiving those repairs.

Great Place to Stay in Cocoa Beach

We stayed at the condo three nights. Loved the location - beachfront - so we could enjoy the view anytime. We liked the security of having underground parking, coded entrances and locked gate to the beach. We were in walking distance to good restaurants and the beach was overseen by a lifeguard and kept clean. The condo is well appointed. Would consider staying here again.

A perfect oceanfront setting

This beautifully decorated condo was perfect for our family- well appointed and well stocked with beach towels and toys, comfortable furnishings and beds. The first floor balcony was raised about 8 feet so was very safe for the 4 year old. The view is oceanfront wonderful. There is even a stray cat who loves to be petted so the kids loved that.

This place is like a little bit of paradise! My entire family was pleased from the moment we walked in the door. The view...spectacular, the beach...even better, I have no words for how awesome the ocean is. My husband and I took long walks on the beach every morning, kids took surfing lessons from a local surf shop and couldn't get enough. We are already trying to pick our vacation week for next year. We cannot wait to return. We went to Disney for 3 days after leaving Cocoa Beach, hands down our favorite part of the trip was being on the beach. Thank you for sharing this great place with us, can't wait to return :)

We live in NJ, which is where I grew up and so did our two children, who recently moved to NYC. My husband is a native Floridian. We vacationed yearly in Florida when our kids were small to enjoy the warm weather and spend time with their grandparents We still go to Florida as often as we can. It's our second home.
