About this space
Welcome to your home away from home in beautiful Mammoth Lakes! This spacious
corner-unit condo features a 1 bedroom plus loft, perfect for couples, families, or a
getaway with friends. 1 pet MAX allowed.

-Walk to the nearest lift (Chair 7) and Canyon Lodge & Gondola
-Ski back via the Ski Back Trail in the Winter (conditions permitting)
-Covered assigned garage parking

The space
Downstairs:
-The kitchen is fully stocked with newer appliances, including a traditional coffee maker
and a Keurig.
-Cozy dining area for family meals and a propane fireplace for chilly winter nights.
-Relax in the living area with large windows and a comfortable couch while
watching your favorite shows on a 65” flat-screen Smart TV.

Bedrooms:
-Master bedroom with 2 twin bunk beds and a flat-screen TV. Note: the bunk beds
have a weight limit of 165 lbs. Please do not exceed!
-Open loft with a king-size bed with TV.

Both rooms have doors, but the loft is open and looks down to the living area below.

Complex Amenities:
-Enjoy the community pool, two spas, saunas, recreation room, and barbecue
areas.
-Coin-operated washing machine and dryers are located on the same floor as the
unit.

Location:
This condo is in a prime location near the upper spa and tennis courts in the
summer and near the Ski Back Trail in the winter. It is located on the 2nd floor
and there are no elevators.

-Just ½ mile from Canyon Lodge or a quick drive to Mammoth Village (apprx 1
mile) with free shuttle access down the street.

-Maximum Occupancy: 6 guests
-Towels and linens are provided; please bring extra towels for the pool/jacuzzi.
1 blanket per bed; please bring extra blankets if you tend to get cold.
-Internet is complimentary but not guaranteed. No discounts/refunds for
connectivity issues.
-Covered Parking for 1 vehicle; inquire at the office for additional parking.

On-site management is available 24/7, and snow removal is handled promptly for easy

Nice Property for Stay with Pets

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property is clean and comfort during our stay. it is at quiet location and closed to Canyon Village. Unfortunately, Canyon lift just open the day after we check out. Otherwise, it is convenience location for ski.

Dog food in the carpet in several locations and on both floors. . Dog hair on the pillows and in the shower. Dust throughout the house and especially in the carpet.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very clean and (mostly) modern location with a large TV, comfy sectional, and obvious care from the owner. Having two bathrooms was nice, but both showers have weak water pressure and the bathrooms are in need of an update. Also, be ready for some stairs to get to the unit. Otherwise, the property managers were easy to work with. The pool is nice as are the hot tubs and tennis and volleyball courts. Easy parking and great location for exploring Mammoth.

Loft got a bit warm, but manageable with the fan and open windows to vent.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was pretty good. About a mile and a half from the village. The property is well maintained and dog area was clean. This unit faces the alleyway so expect to hear cars coming and going along with people talking as they walk by. The sleeping quarters are all upstairs and there are two full baths. The counters in the bathrooms are a lower than average height. Keep this in mind if you have back issues as the height can make it uncomfortable to use. This is a pet friendly unit and was well cared for with the exception of “cat” smell. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils.

The unit even had bowls for dog food.
