Good communication, looks like some nice recent updates to the the unit as well. Location was convenient and walkable to Eagle lodge. Parking is tough with more than 1 vehicle and main living area of unit got quite cold, thermostat did not seem to have any effect. There are however wall heaters in both of the bedrooms that were effective. Overall a good option for the price, would stay here again.

When I got there there was a dirty underwear in the drawer. We later found a dirty sock in the closet (which makes us wonder if this place was actually clean). The sofa pillows were stained. When we asked for additional hangers they said “no” despite us staying there two weeks. We asked if I could get something delivered to the door (my credit card that was lost) they said I had to pay 45. I was offered a discounted stay for an extra day and I asked instead for a late check out and they said no. I asked them why and they said the room was booked- how was that possible when they just had offered an extra day?. The whole day went by and they were passive aggressive and lying- eventually they granted 1 hour extra check out- after spending over 6k I would have expected better customer service, cleaner location, integrity and honesty. I would not recommend this place.

To clarify the points regarding your stay: Availability: While an extra day was initially mentioned, the unit had scheduled construction immediately following your departure. Our system does not automatically flag construction as "unavailable," which caused the confusion regarding your late checkout request. Communication: Our team strives to be as accommodating as possible. Our staff was not being dishonest, but once a request is denied, there are only so many ways to explain our operational limits while attending to other guests. Unit Damage: Following your departure, we discovered damaged items throughout the unit that were not reported during your two-week stay and for which your party denied responsibility. We take these matters seriously as we work to improve our services.

Great location.

The condo was clean, comfortable, and spacious. It’s less than a 5 minute walk to the Eagle lift from the condo. We encountered a few issues during our stay, but Nomadmess made things right eventually. We would stay here again.

Great place near Eagle Lodge

Very comfortable place within 50 yards of Eagle Lodge. Gorgeous views from the living room, and very close to the jacuzziS. Sauna was not working while we were there but the two jacuzzis were open & perfect options at the end of a long day on the mountain. Bedrooms were spacious and had ample room for up to 8 people.

Mammoth Condo

This was a lovely condo for my family and pets. The kitchen had plenty of supplies, which was helpful because we prepared all of our meals and did not eat out. The location was amazing, just a short walk to Eagle Lodge!

Convenient access to hill. Very responsive Prop Manager!

Property was great and very reasonably priced given the location and proximity to the hill. It's just a hundred yard walk to the lift. Property Manager regularly checked in with us to see if there anything we needed and was immediately responsive when we did. Would definitely stay again.

We loved it! The unit was clean, spacious and light and had a view of the slopes! (It was cleaner than many places we have stayed that didn’t allow dogs!) We walked to Eagle Lodge and enjoyed the two large hot tubs right behind the building. All the extras made it super homey - a well-stocked kitchen with spices, coffee maker, blender, crockpot; fun movies and games, giant bean bag chairs, comfortable beds and lots of extra towels and blankets. The dogs loved it too! Thank you for a great getaway!!

Overall ok.

Some of the beds have been repaired poorly and created issues for sleeping. Cleaning was lacking hair in the shower, pans had food left on them, items left under the beds including something from a small dog….nasty. Other than that it was ok for our stay.

Michael, sorry to hear that you found your rental to be in less than pristine condition. In the rare occasion that this does occur, we encourage our guests to allow us to fix any items that may have been overlooked.
