Charming individual house on the Tropical Coast 400m from San Cristobal beach. In the center of the lively town of Almuñecar (Andalusia, Spain), pleasant climate all year round.
Ideal for families or groups of friends (6-8 people)
Family house on 2 levels:
street level: Studio composed of a bright living room with sofa convertible into two single beds; a small kitchen, a bedroom (160cm bed) open to the living room and a bathroom adjoining the bedroom. 1-space garage, with possibility of another parking space in front of the garage.
1st level: Pretty flower garden. Porch. Main house consisting of a large living room with balcony; a dining kitchen with utility room; a large bedroom (160cm bed), a bedroom (two single beds); two bathrooms.
Roof terrace with views of the old town and the sea.
The house is equipped with: reversible air conditioning, basic equipment, towels, sheets, soap and toilet paper, fireplaces, iron, televisions, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, barbecue, wifi, mosquito nets in all the house.
