Gîte on the ground floor of the owner's character house (access by 2 steps). Equipped kitchen area (microwave/grill, fridge-freezer, induction hob, Dolce Gusto coffee maker and 1 filter coffee maker), living room, lounge, 1 bedroom (1 bed 160)/toilet area (access by 2 steps down), shower room, toilet. Electric heating included. Sheets and table linen included. Possibility of renting bathroom linen and cleaning option directly from the owner. Private terrace + covered terrace, enclosed land, small private garden and large shared garden, garden furniture, barbecue, plancha. Beautiful view of the Rhune and its little train from the garden at the back of the house. Listed district of Sare (Little Paris). Many hikes in the village. Prehistoric caves nearby. Parking space either in front of the gîte or in the driveway on the side of the house. A small, cozy cottage in the heart of a typical neighborhood.
