Luxury townhome with hot tub close to the village!

Just 7 minutes walk away from Whistler Village with ski out access. This open concept 5 bed, 4 bath house provides a lot of space (over 3,000 sqft). The living area offers a unique fireplace with vaulted ceilings and giant windows that show off amazing views of the mountains.
Enjoy all the amenities this place has to offer! Your own personal hot tub, BBQ, private balconies on the main and lower floors, 82" TV with a great sound system, foosball table and the newest addition, a skeeball machine!

The house is spread across 4 levels. Two lofted areas leading down to the main floor and the lower level.

I am not on site, but I am available by phone, text or email. When you book this property, you will be registering at our centralised check in desk where you will also have access to guest service and concierge service if you would like.

A seven minute walk or 2 minute drive to Whistler village. Close by to all the shops and restaurants.

Just a short walk into Whistler village. There is also a Valley Trail for walking or biking, and it's easy to get around Whistler by car.

Maximum capacity is for 12 persons.
We will offer cancellation flexibility due to issues related to the ongoing pandemic and travel restrictions. Please reach out with any questions.
You must be 28 years old or over to rent this property. Families and children are welcome as long as the primary renter is 28 or over. When you book this property, you will be registering at our centralised check in desk where you will also have access to guest service and concierge service. You will be asked for picture ID at the time of check in. We reserve the right to deny access to this property if this condition has not been met. Please remove shoes in house.
Maximum capacity of this house is 14 people. There will be an additional charge placed if there is found to be more than 14 guests.
A refundable damage deposit of $2,000 will be held on your credit card 2 days before arrival and released after your stay.

It was a great stay! Everything was very nice, clean, accessible and thoughtful. The house really made the Whistler experience complete. Walking distance from everything!

Awesome place to stay!

We could not have been more pleased with the property! It is clearly kept up and the interior space is beautiful. We also really enjoyed the location - a quick walk to the Village.

Perfect for a Golf Trip

Immaculate house, with beautiful views and beds aplenty. Central location made walking to courses and the village extremely fast and easy! Host communicated very well for any inquiries we had, and we would absolutely stay again!

Great House for Big Groups in Whistler

My family (immediate and some extended) headed to Whistler for US Thanksgiving. With our large crew (8 adults, 1 teen, 1 tween, and 1 toddler), we had a lot of needs from a space and entertainment standpoint, but the house met all of our needs. The house itself is great as it has ample space from a sleep arrangement standpoint, various spaces for people to come together and do their own thing as desired, great views, and close enough to the village to either walk (the uphill back is just a bit longer than most would prefer) or quickly jet down in a car. We took full advantage of the kitchen, which was well stocked, the two TVs and unique bluetooth stereo were easy to use, and the hot tub was nice for the chilly weather. The property manager, Ruth, is amazing and very responsive from a communication standpoint and was eager to help out with a couple items that required attention at the house. Only reason I’m giving this house 4 stars instead of 5 is since we were the first in the house for the winter season, we had a couple items that didn’t function as expected during our stay (understandable s part of the transition in peak seasons). But, we were able to work around the couple hiccups, and again the house and Ruth are great. Highly recommend the house for large groups with eclectic tastes and preferences that want to be close to the village while in Whistler.

Beautiful, Well Appointed House

We had a wonderful stay. The property is new and clean. It has a very nice view as well. Communication with the property manager was excellent. I would recommend staying here.

Great for groups!

Beautiful property with gorgeous view out the back! We stayed in the summer, and it was a steep uphill walk from town, but certainly manageable. The property was more than large enough for our big group with plenty of space to spread out. Skee ball was a hit! Kitchen was well stocked for grabbing groceries and making meals there.

Beautiful Getaway

We stayed at this home for a weekend to celebrate my 40th birthday with some friends. A gorgeous house with everything that you need! I would say that it's "walkable" to the slopes. The ski in/out area was incredibly icy, and we were unable to ski out. You can walk to the slopes via the road, but it is a large, steep hill, and hard on ski boots. We ended up driving a car filled with our skis and boots down to the conference center and had that as our base for changing in and out of our skis. But we walked to dinner and to the village easily (as long as we weren't carrying skis or in ski boots). Everything else was amazing! Plenty of linens, pillows. Great games. Great hot tub. Great speaker system.

Perfect Getaway

The property was beautiful and modern. The skeeball and foosball was a great touch to a great place. Management went up and above to make our weekend one for the books. Highly recommend!

Perfect!!

This was the most beautiful house with amazing architecture, mountain views, and stocked with all the towels, dishware and bedding you could ever need. There’s so much open space as well as a perfectly designed use of space, ie. drying rack for many pairs of boots in the two car garage. It was so easy to get in touch with Ruth when we had any questions and she was incredibly helpful and kind. Although it’s a pricey stay, every single penny was worth it.

Highly recommend!

The property was everything as described and some! It is in a brilliant location - a short walk into Whistler and ski in ski out is available only a short walk away. We skied back in with young kids - the youngest being five, who this was his first time skiing. We enjoyed the use of everything in the property; an excellent kitchen for dinners at home, a hot tub for post-ski chill-out, brilliant boot room for drying your gear, oversized enough garage for a big SUV, brand new laundry, games like table football for the kids, along with a great movie room. We were two family’s of 5 & the property was plenty big enough for us all to use and not feel on top of each other & for kids to escape and have fun without annoying the neighbours or us! A huge thank you to the fantastic property manager Ruth who could not have been more helpful and, at the drop of a hat, she was on hand to help out when necessary. Ruth made everything so easy for our family! We had a fabulous stay at this beautiful property & we will be back someday! Highly recommend!
