Spring Break Trip

The condo was perfect for our family and extended family’s spring break trip. The location and convenience of the property as well as the size and decor of the property was great. The property had everything we needed from the full size fridge to coffee maker to the toiletries . We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Property

The condo complex is in a great location and it's secure. The condo itself was super clean, very nice, good layout, and just overall a great property. The host answered all my questions immediately. Recommend staying here!

Home Away From Home

This property will not disappoint. The condo was super clean when we arrived. I appreciated the extra toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. The location is amazing. Gruene is such a neat spot to visit. I would definitely stay here again.

The location was wonderful, about an 8min walk to Gruene Hall. The property was spacious, and had a nice patio area to sit and hang out on. It had all of the amenities you would expect.

Gruene summer get away!

This place is really nice! Brand new units with a great outdoor section of the property with an awesome section of the Guadalupe right in your backyard. Mark was a great host and made every effort to make us feel welcome and cozy during our stay. 100% recommend to anyone with the location being the cherry on top.

Amazing Stay and Location!

The location couldn't have been better! All things Gruene were at our fingertips. Floated the river right across the street and the water front of our condo was beautiful. Mark was quick to respond to our requests before our stay. We already booked another stay in the Fall.

New, very clean, location, decorated well

Short walk to Gruene Hall. If you are floating the river, going to Gruene Hall or just vacationing this place is great. I’ve stayed at several VRBO’s in Gruene over the years and this is as nice as any I’ve stayed. Upon leaving, leave enough time to strip beds, load and run dishwasher, put towels and sheets in a pile and take out trash.

Texas State Graduation

This property was wonderful, as was the host. Property is exactly as described and even had a touch of Christmas decor for the season - such a thoughtful touch. We had our 18 mo old grandson with us and the host allowed us to check in early for him to nap - very generous of him. We would stay here again and would recommend to others.

Quiet and good location

This condo is in GRUENE, but across the river. It was nice and quiet but yet in walking distance. This is also a good handicap friendly condo. No stairs and a nice big walk in shower. The river is just down a flat trail and is a relaxing spot to just chill. Great place to relax and be close to all the restaurants and shops in Gruene!

The location of this property couldn't have been any better. Not only is it on the Guadalupe river but its a stone's throw to Gruene, Gruene Hall, Gristmill, Rock'n R rentals and all that Gruene has to offer. It boasts some of the best rapids on the river and has a 2.5 acre area to spread out in and leave your city troubles behind!
