The Bay House is a two-bedroom, one-bathroom home thoughtfully designed for comfort and privacy. Its historic roots give it a timeless charm, while the interiors are equipped with everything you need to feel at home. French doors open wide to the back patio, creating breezy indoor-outdoor living. Whether you’re cooking together, watching a movie, or sipping wine on the porch, this home sets the stage for both relaxation and connection.

Sleeping Arrangements
The home comfortably accommodates up to six guests:
Main Bedroom: A king bed with plush linens ensures a restful night’s sleep. The room is quiet and private, perfect for unwinding at the end of the day.
Second Bedroom: A cozy queen bed makes this room ideal for family members or friends traveling together.
Dining Room Berths: The bay windows feature two single daybeds styled like sailboat berths, each with a storage cupboard underneath. These charming spaces are perfect for children or extra guests, adding both practicality and personality to the home.

Back Porch: Sunlit and open, it’s perfect for afternoon reading, evening drinks, or al fresco dining. Three sets of French doors connect the interior to the back patio, creating easy flow and breezy ventilation.
Gardens: The property is surrounded by gardens and lawns on three sides, offering greenery, coastal breezes, and space to stretch out. Guests also enjoy access to the adjacent lawn that connects The Bay House with Bay House II, giving you even more room to relax outdoors.
Traveling with Pets: We love welcoming well-behaved dogs! Please note that The Bay House does not have a fenced yard. To make traveling with your pup a little easier, we're happy to provide a large outdoor pet playpen upon request—perfect for supervised outdoor time while you relax on the porch or in the garden. Just let us know before your arrival, and we'll have it ready for you.

Guest Access
Guests have exclusive use of the entire property during their stay. This includes both bedrooms, living areas, the kitchen, front and back porches, gardens, and the covered carport. There are no shared spaces—everything is for your private enjoyment. Ample parking is provided in the driveway and carport, with enough space for a boat or trailer if needed.

My son, Zach, also helps with the Bay House, so between the two of us someone is always available if you need a hand.
